This is hands down the friendliest, most efficiently managed food franchise in Kingsville. There is never a misunderstanding with the drive thru order. The order is processed amazingly quickly. The staff are super friendly and seem to enjoy their work. A pleasure to deal with. Hats off to management

When the drive through window opened, I was hit with a strong waft of a very strong perfume or cologne. Both my breakfast sandwich and coffee smelled like perfume and both got thrown in the garbage. There are some very basic food prep and hand-washing activities NOT being adhered too. Gross. Don't eat at this one.

Recently ordered 0ne 3meat hatrick flatbread pizza and 20 timbits. Got to the window and it was $30 plus thought it was pretty expensive and was well guess I'll not be ordering that again. Young lady said please pull around we'll bring out your 3 pizzas I was like I only ordered 1 but ok. She got an awkward smile but didn't say anything. She sure did order 3. Luckily I had 3 ppl that were hungry but wow guess we should teach our young people if you think you made a mistake then speak up.

Went thru drive thru they were fast and rushing me to place my order. The attitude I received from the girl at the window was un called for. Seems like they hate there job that was the vibe they were giving off and rubbing it off on their customers. And my order was wrong even after clarifying it at the speaker when I checked it before I left the parking lot it was wrong so had to go back around to get what I actually ordered. I would go out of my way to go to the other location in Kingsville then to have the attitude I received today.
