Poor service
I was in your drive thru at 9:58am, Tuesday January 7th and received attitude as I was placing my order… I simply ordered a bacon English muffin on a plain bagel instead of the English muffin it comes on…
the girl was quite rude almost as if I was a inconvenience to her and said to me ma’am I can’t put the egg McMuffin on a bagel because it comes on the English muffin… lol really??
I calmly explained all other Tim Hortons do it easily and without issue they simply take the eggs, bacon and cheese and put it on the bagel instead… not sure why I got a attitude or why my simple bread switch was a problem but it was a quick and simple change for a customer who’s purchases pay there bills, to make it worse the lady with the attitude wouldn’t take my money at the drive thru she made a different lady finish with my order…. It was a rude and absolutely unnecessary attitude to be honest… as a worker in the restaurant industry myself I was quite shocked at the whole situation and the attitude was just completely unnecessary!
I’m also curious aren’t name tags part of the Tim’s uniform anymore, I couldn’t get a name to report because nobody was wearing name tags..

First 4 visits after it opened i had shells in the eggs on my breakfast sandwich. Other than coffee I haven't purchased food in months. Decided to go there today. Horrible service. Simple order 2 soup, 1 chili, 2 beef sandwiches and 3 Boston cream. They brought out the order 2 soups, 1 sandwich, no chili, missing sandwich. Then I asked the person that took my order, she printed the recipe, she was correct. They had to have someone else come ask me what was missing. Since they increased the wage the service and intelligence has dropped. Terrible place. I doubt I will be back!

The restaurant was very dirty with counters needing cleaning and the bathroom was dirty. The young man who served us was not friendly. Felt like we were bothering him by planing our order.

Tim Hortons could improve by better customer service. for instance, when I order a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, such a simple order, you can toast it , not just slightly, TOAST it, don't just put a clump of cream cheese right in the middle of the bagel, spread it out, I just don't know how you can screw up such a simple order,Lynda is NOT 😊 happy
Their coffee has a 50% chance of being very burnt if you order after 12 noon. Please replace your old coffee like you are supposed to!!

Waited 10 mins before my order was eventaken, when they messed up my drink after I asked the cashier 4 times no chucks on drink and I asked girl that made it to fix it I was met with attitude and a diagram of how the drink should be made instead of just fixing it. Bathroom was disgusting. Won't be returning to this location.

At the night shift every time I have went thru the drive thru, one of the workers there is very impatient and rude, at the drive thru window the floor is unnecessarily dirty and messy, and also whenever I order and ice cap it is not filled to the normal level and little to no whip on top, and served poorly and treated us poorly.

The people that work there try really hard most often to get the public served. Certain times of the shift get pretty busy. Sometimes catering to only the window orders is not smart. You really need to make sure your counter sales are covered. This is only for the really busy times during any shift. Maybe you need one more person during those really busy times. Which most workers could tell you when those times are.

Standard Tim Hortons. The place is clean and everything is the same as every other tim hortons. Staff always seem annoyed to be taking your order or even that you're there.
