This is hands down the friendliest, most efficiently managed food franchise in Kingsville. There is never a misunderstanding with the drive thru order. The order is processed amazingly quickly. The staff are super friendly and seem to enjoy their work. A pleasure to deal with. Hats off to management
Fabulous service, thank you. We left home immediately after ordering, when we arrived we gave the order number at the drive through, our order came up on the screen, the lovely young woman doing drive through this evening told us to come right up. As we reached the window she was packing our donuts (which were fresh and soft and delish!), she poured our coffees, gave us a tray and went to collect our wraps. They were hot and tasty and exactly what we'd ordered. Really, really...
I went to this location of tim hortons today for the first time and it was by far the kindest and friendliest environment I’ve ever been in. I I really do wish that there was a tip option when paying for my order because they definitely deserve it. I will be coming back here knowing I’ll leave with satisfaction
