I went to visit my sister in my old hometown. Kingsville has that feel of going back in time. Walking into Vern's is like Cheers, wherever knows your name. The service was great and friendly. The clubhouse my sister had and the chicken burger I had were juicy and tasty. We should have split the order of fries as she had to take half her meal home. Try to grab a window seat to watch the locals stroll by and go about their businesses.

the only reason I gave it 1 star is because it wouldn't allow me to choose 0 star absolutely terrible we joined a group gathering today and 10 of us out of 12 at our table said the chicken tasted like fish couldn't eat it and the other 2 had blood running out of theirs and the potatoes and pasta were cold the only things we could eat was the ceasar salad theres way better choices in Kingsville to dine!!

What a fantastic meal! My husband I were there for just the day, but we can't wait to go back! Everything was outstanding. Chicken wings, onion rings, fried chicken, shrimp alfredo, seafood chowder, and vegetables. Seriously the best vegetables I've ever had!

When there was a good friend who had a gift certificate I would never go back you know disrespect to the waitress she was doing her job the food atmosphere everything sucked royally disgusting food we totally were disappointed Good thing we weren't really paying for it because I wouldn't have shame on you for serving that food to your customers
