It’s a must try spot in this Pelee Island. Ms. Grover welcomes all customers with a pleasant smile. The pricing is very reasonable and I ordered a fish & chips which is good enough for two. Their lemonade is a must try after a long bike ride to feel fresh enough.

This place is the best! The food is consistently delicious and their Reuben sandwich is hands down the best I’ve ever had. The staff is always friendly and welcome you as if you’re a regular. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!

I can't say that food was good or bad because I never had the chance to even get a water or make an order. I sat there and never was approached by anyone or even get a menu. It wasn't that busy so not sure what was the reason for not giving me service. Very disappointed.

We decided to try the clubhouse and the poutine, and both dishes exceeded our expectations. The clubhouse was perfectly crafted with fresh ingredients, and the layers of flavor were truly delightful. The poutine was equally impressive, with crispy fries smothered in rich, savory gravy and topped with perfectly melted cheese curds—a true comfort food masterpiece.
A special mention goes to our bartender, Ashleigh. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our drinks were always topped up and that we had everything we needed. Her warm personality and excellent service added to our overall experience, making us feel right at home.
Overall, Westview Tavern offers delicious food and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to dine and unwind.

Had a truly wonderful experience visiting the tavern while on pelee. The staff are extremely friendly and make the experience fun. Ashleigh was an excellent bartender. When I didn’t know what I wanted, she asked what I liked and made a drink order off the top of her head that fit my taste. It was nice to have someone take the time out of their day to make an experience personal. The Food is also really good and service is quick. Definitely somewhere to visit when on the island.

What a delightful find; an unpretentious, friendly and delicious eating place near the ferry terminal. After cycling around the southern part of the island on a hot day, on our first trip to Pelee, we thought we would try out the Westview Tavern to grab a quick bite before heading to the ferry. Melissa greeted us as soon as we came in with a glorious "how are you my lovelies". It just got better from there, with Melissa being patient as we made our minds up, and even when we changed our order, shhortly after it was was placed. Nothing was too much trouble and all was done with a great sense of humour. Food was lovely and fresh but it was the atmosphere and incredible service that will bring us back, when we visit the island again.
