Fantastic food! What a great evening with friends
Dinner was delicious. Our server was great. Decor and attention to detail by all staff exceptional.
We had a lovely bridal shower today at Wineology celebrating my son and daughter-in-law. The food was excellent and friendly staff always ready to help. I highly recommend this restaurant for your next event!
I have waited a few weeks to post this as we had requested to speak to the owner and was told that he had stepped out and we were promised a phone call to follow up - three weeks later and no call.
Just before Christmas, we visited this restaurant to celebrate a family birthday. Reservations were made a month in advance. On the night of, we were escorted to a table that was obviously added to the regular set up and was squished into their lounge area. To make matters worse, it was a fold up banquet table with no linens and an obvious eye sore as the rest of the restaurant is decorated beautifully. There were no other
Customers in the restaurant at this time as we had taken an early dinner time. When we asked if we could sit at another table and pointed out that we felt very “pushed aside at a fold up table”, our waitress, who is also the manager became very unprofessional. She stated that the food would taste the same no matter what table you sat at. After asking if we could at least have a linen on the table, things escalated with the manager to the point that she told us that she would be happy if we would just leave.
What we later discovered is that a well known family had booked for 20 people, just that week. And we were obviously bumped. What the owner didn’t realize is that part of our group is related to that family, with the same last name - perhaps we should have reserved under that last name.
I hesitated posting this but have read other reviews about preferential treatment and felt that people need to know about this experience. Such a disappointment!

I was deeply disappointed with my experience. While the service staff was attentive and polite, the food quality and the behavior of the manager were far below expectations. Unfortunately, I felt mistreated during my visit, which made the experience unpleasant overall. I would not recommend visiting until improvements are made.”

Showd up apparently after the kitchen closed. Staff were nice enough to get the kitchen to fire one last pizza which was nice but generally pretty bland and chewy.not sure if that's a good sample of the food but it is what it was. Oddly for a place called wineology in the heart of north shore Erie wineries there are 0 local wines. The closest was teius down in Niagara. No clue why that is and both my partner and I were utterly perplexed why they wouldn't carry anything. I understand that they are limited to wines available at the lcbo but there are many of the bigger wineries in the regional lcbos so like I said... a weird flex

Lamb was way over cooked, our server seemed to not want us there and it was a bit loud.

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at Winelogy and I wouldn’t have wanted to celebrate it anywhere else! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The food was excellent—delicious dishes that kept everyone raving all night long. The staff was outstanding, always attentive and right on top of bringing more food and refilling our drinks without us even having to ask. The owner, Joe, was a delight to work with, going above and beyond to accommodate us in so many ways. It was truly the perfect birthday celebration, and I couldn't recommend this place more. If you're looking for a memorable place to host an event, Wineolgy is the spot!

Atmosphere was cool, vibby. Reviews raved about the pizza- the Sabrina was recommended by waiteress. It was blah. Tasteless, bland basically a dough & garlic pizza (entire cloves of garlic). I ate one piece/ and did not enjoy. a spicy oil was suggested to help. It didn’t!! Pizza was removed from my table. I ordered the warm beet salad which was outstanding.
Hiwever, the uneaten pizza was NOT removed from the bill. I have never had that happen. so…. I basically paid for an entire pizza which I did not eat. Not waitresses fault. I mentioned that I was surprised it was not taken from the bill. she apologized but was unable due to management. That left me feeling disappointed & actually pissed. My bill for one flight, beet salad was $58.
I would try another restaurant if I were back in town. Dont order the Sabrina The beet salad redeemed it to a 3.
Wineology was nice. Initially, I thought it was a vineyard. However, it was just a nice restaurant with great food and atmosphere.
