A very cute spot, I’ve been to the one on Main Street unionville before and I guess that one closed and moved here! The vibes inside were super cozy and it was very cute. We got a peppermint patty hot chocolate and a tall dark & handsome hot chocolate. I thought it was good but I would say I wish the flavour was a bit stronger if that makes sense. The service was great the girl working there was very friendly. A very cute date spot!

Really good service , Ice Cream choice and Gelato . Truffles . Soft Ice cream cones or cups with many dip choices and Hot Molten Belgian Chocolate !

You can't possibly walk in here and not want to try absolutely everything. The chocolates, cookies, cakes, croissants and ice cream (of course) all look so delicious. The establishment is so clean and welcoming. The coffee menu is extensive and prices are reasonable. The outdoor seating is plentiful and inviting. We enjoyed the iced latte, strawberry cheesecake ice cream and milkshake. Perfect way to spend a warm summer night. Will definitely return.

If I could give negative rating for service, I would. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and condescending about giving samples for ice cream flavors. I have come here more than once before but will never come again.

Went in to get some ice cream and a huge family infront of us, not only blocks off the windows so nobody can see the ice cream selection but also holds up the line to try unlimited free samples like we’re at Costco. After some time, and once it was our turn we thought we could try just ONE sample of a flavour and a rude lady says we don’t offer samples, but two seconds ago you let all these people taste test everything? Either you stay consistent or you don’t. You don’t offer samples to some people and then decided we don’t do that for others. Absolutely ridiculous with attitude in there

After ordering 2 Americano’s the total came out to $11.28. I gave a $20 dollar bill and they didn’t have enough change so they insisted that take the short end of the stick and receive $3 short of change rather then them taking the responsibility and accountability of the situation. I ended up leaving both beverages and asked for my money back. I was extremely disappointed at the lack of respect towards their customers.
