The hashbrown didn’t taste right—it was nasty, almost like it had been cross-contaminated with meat. It even smelled like bacon, which is disgusting to me and definitely not what I expect when I order a hashbrown. The tea tasted old and not fresh at all. I’m highly disappointed, and I would avoid this location if possible.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Karam for her outstanding service. Every time I visit, she’s always friendly, polite, and professional. She handles orders quickly and accurately, even during busy times, and she always greets customers with a warm smile. It’s clear that she cares about her work and her customers.
They dont know how to make coffee. Sometimes when i ordered the hot coffee so they gave me cold coffee and also they dont know how to make cold coffee . Their behavior is not too good

Worst service ever at this Tim Hortons. The girls working here are busy gossiping with each other instead of doing their job. Zero focus on customers, zero professionalism. They take orders wrong, move slow, and act like they don’t care at all. Honestly feels like they don’t even want to work. If this is the kind of staff Tim Hortons is hiring, no wonder the service is going downhill.

None of them can speak English, and I had to ask for a coffee several times!! Unless you are from there country they dont care about you!!
They can't even make a simple coffee right, service is always slow!!
Unless your Indian, dont expect any decent service from them!!! Because I was white....they served 9 people that were behind me before they would even make my.coffee!!!

Hello I want to right this review about the Tim Hortons Supervisor that works here I politely asked her for a cup of iced water which I told her that I will Pay for and she siad she said no that she cannot serve it to me in a plastic cup because they get limited Plastic cups can you imagine having iced water in a paper cup. The Supervisor didn't understand that I was paying for the water cup but she said no to me that she Cant give me iced water in the plastic cup. I had a very bad experience.
