Got two small pumpkin pies - essentially flavourless (couldn’t tell they were pumpkin if blindfolded) and with an overly thick crust. Got chocolate chip cookies and chocolate banana bread - both overly sweet and straight into the trash. Unless recipes are changed, we won’t be back! Very disappointing!

Great little bakery in Komoka, lots of ready to eat baked goods, but also take and bake pies , pullaparts and soups. Reasonable pricing, very agreable service and a few spots to sit if you want to dine-in. We will be back, try it out if you are in the area!!!

Stopped by chance today looking for a birthday cake. Well they didn't have one but we loaded up on a bunch of other treats and they were amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious. The butter tarts were my favorite, the crust was flaky, filling not too sweet a 5/5 for sure. As a bonus the prices were incredibly reasonable. If you're heading through Komoka be sure to stop at this hidden gem.

I used to visit the Gingerbread House when it was still in Komoka & it's still just as good all these years later. Their baked goods can only be described as 'delicious' & I'm confident that they made the best cinnamon bun I've ever had. Their apple crumble pie is the benchmark which I compare others against & their pecan pie is like a large butter tart.

This is the best bakery ever! Usually bakery goods can be identified by taste, but not here. Best store-bought brownies I have found and, in truth, they're probably better than my own home-baked. I took a 60-piece tray to a family event - the presentation was lovely and they were kind enough to meet my chocolate ratio requirement. Having said that, the shortbread cookies were pretty amazing too. I thought the price was very fair for what we got.
