We have always loved piping kettle and have been going for years! We tried the new location in Komoka and the person who served us was an absolute delight she recommend the pickle pasta salad. She sold us on it immediately! Love love love this place!

Great variety of choices and many to choose from. Love the purchase frozen option as well. Staff is always cheery and efficient. Haven't tried their sandwiches yet, but the soup is of great value and tastes delicious. Will definitely be making this a stop on a regular basis.

Horrible experience. Ordered via uber eats, they accepted the order around 1pm and cancelled 10 minutes before the delivery time of 4pm. No one reached out or offered a later delivery. I would avoid any delivery or times orders from this place.

What a great selection of soups! It is so hard to choose just one. My favourite so far is the broccoli cheddar. But I haven't tried them all yet.There are also salads and sandwiches to enjoy, with or without the soup.I have tried the tuna salad and the macaroni with dill. Both were yummy!The sandwich that I had on our first visit was very good. There is a chart and you can pick and choose what you have on it. The bread & buns are fresh, tasty, and filling. I found the sliced rye bread bread very thick and therefore too many carbs for me.I have also tried a smoothie, which was very, very good. They also have a cooler with a selection of pop.The servers were very helpful with suggestions and very friendly.There are a few tables in case you want to eat there.
