Worst experience coming here. Walked in with my family and the employee greeted and by letting us know we’re closing in 10 minutes, like we can’t order anything lol ! my one family member asked if it was okay if we could order subs ? The employees response “well, how many subs are you trying to order…” as if the amount of subs should stop you from doing your job & serving 3 costumers? Especially when the establishment is still open for another 10 minutes and that’s why you’re being paid! What right does an employee have to refuse service to a costumer because they’re closing in 10 minutes just because she doesn’t want to do her job. one person out of my family insisted on getting a sub. Which was approved by the employee that she could make 1 sub ! myself and my sister did not because of how uncomfortable and how bad the employee made us feel. Like we were a bother coming into a restaurant that’s open ?!?! Absolutely ridiculous horrible service. After all of that the employee then locked the doors to the restaurant behind us when the establishment still remained opened for another 5 minutes. I guess this employee couldn’t make myself or my sister our food with the store still being open. I’ve worked in the same industry and NEVER would that behaviour be accepted. If an establishment is supposed to be open until a certain time then the establishment should REMAIN open until said time. Not made to feel like we needed to ask if it was okay to order food.Then locked the doors and shut the lights off with 5 minutes still remaining open. Won’t be going here ever again lol. Get a hold of your employees. So disappointed.

Ordered on the app for pickup. Toppings were wrong and the sub looked like it was thrown together in more than a hurry. Extra lettuce was made as no lettuce and considering that I only asked for 3 toppings that left the sub as disappointing.

Worst subway around. Our Mobile orders are always wrong and the employees are not that friendly. Also, they always just throw your sub together, even if the restaurant is not busy. It’s usually sloppy and messy to eat. There are much better subways around!

Beware if you order through the app - almost always something wrong (today I got the wrong bread, my wife got the wrong sub), past it’s been missing being toasted or any of the previous mentions).

Honestly, tip if in person, never on the app. I’ve had wrong orders at least 5 times this year already (today is May 7).

Sorry, I understand that Easter Weekend was a few days ago. The bread was horribly crumbly, onions soggy as if they were sautéed. Does management or any of the workers know how to do their job. One task people. Why do we pay full price for this?
Also the workers are miserable.

Service was fine, nothing special in terms of typical Subway interaction. Amount of toppings was stingy, location was pretty dirty and it was clear nobody had wiped down the tables since other customers had eaten there (plenty of crumbs) so we ate in the car. The toaster was working though and there was no wait. For $30 when purchasing 2 footling meals (one turkey, one meatball, 2 Pepsis and 2 chips)you typically expect more toppings. As others have said, go to Strathroy instead.
