Extremely average food and service. The focus is quantity over quality. Doubt we'll come back.

Excellent place to eat in the Komoka area. Was at the other restaurant down the street and ended up walking out. The atmosphere at this restaurant is much more appealing. Friendly staff, great food, was not disappointed.

It's hard to find a decent place for breakfast BUT! I have found it here.
Thr staff is amazing, so friendly, and the food is scrumptious. Everything was cooked perfectly, well seasoned. It's also a very affordable price.
I would highly recommend this place.

The new restaurant is very nice inside. Lots of windows and light! Staff are attentive and the food is good! I liked their daily special and soup of the day. They have some unique options too which is nice for variety!

What's better than one amazing breakfast spot? Two amazing breakfast spots. Second location matches the amazing standards set by the first. Can't wait to come back!

We were curious about the name and thought we'd check this place out for breakfast. The website has some great food photos and the menu, but not a lot of detail past that. There is an order food option, but it doesn't say up front if it is for delivery or to pre-order for dining in. No mention if reservations are required or recommended.

So, there is no singing in the restaurant, not even piped-in music. The singing apparently comes from the owner's youth when there was always singing in the kitchen as food was prepared. At least that is the explination we received.

In any restaurant, service sets the tone and the food is king.

We went early on a Sunday. We didn't make reservations and there was no line when we arrived. We were seated right away, but the host didn't ask if we wanted coffee, tea or any other drink to start as we looked at the menu. The wait staff took more than 5 minutes to come over - and the restaurant was not busy. By that time, we had already decided on our order. The waitress took our order and left. 5 minutes later as we were looking around for our waitress and the coffee, a manager saw our looks and came over. He said he'd send the coffee out right away. 5 minutes later, our food came out, but still no sign of our coffee. The server (not our waitress) asked us if we needed anything else. We said "yes, our coffee." A couple of minutes later, our waitress finally arrived with our coffee. She blamed her tardiness on being tired from a personal move the day prior. Nobody came over during our meal to check on the quality of our food or if we needed anything else. We only saw our waitress again when she cleared our plates and brought the bill.

It was a mixxed bag on the food. Home fries were good, hot and crisp. The baked beans were barely warm. The eggs benny were perfectly done and the hollandaise was really good. The sausage patties could have been crisped up some more on the grill, and it would have been nice to have a slice of tomato included. The Hometown Omlette was more of a Western. We substituted turkey bacon for the meat and it could have been crisped a bit more too.

We are used to omlettes being fluffy, whisked eggs with the filling at the center with the eggs folded over. It appears the ingredients were put on the grill and the eggs immediately cracked, then mixed over them. The eggs were not whisked to fluffy and cooked in an omlette pan - you could see separate whites and yolk and no pan shape although the mix was folded in half on the plate. The Swiss cheese was not really detectable and the whole mix was fairly bland.

At a table next to us, a baby was chewing and goobering on the ketchup bottle lid. When the family left and we told the bus staff, they didn't clean it. They wiped the table and put the bottle back uncleaned. When we pointed it out to a waiter a second time, he had it immediately removed from the table.

The food and experience was not worth the almost $60 (with tax) bill.

Took dad out for Father's Day Lunch. Was very busy of course but minimal wait time. The staff were great, friendly and service was as great. Enjoyed the food very much and the portions were a nice surprise, went away full. Will be back.

Nice clean place, Greeted right away Very friendly and pleasant. Served right away, got our food and then that was the last time we saw our server. The food presentation comes out very nice, but average when it comes to flavour, Sausages, your typical greasy spoon deep fried Sausage link, standard home fries, I will say the poached eggs were fantastic. I just wish that they would taste their food before it goes out to the table, paying $19 for eggs benny and $4 bucks more for sausage is ridiculous, $3 bucks for a coffee. High end prices for average food.
