I’m extremely disappointed and upset with my recent experience at the Tim Hortons in Komoka (9919 Glendon Dr, ON). I ordered a sandwich and clearly asked for no bacon because I cannot eat it for religious reasons.
When I took a bite, I immediately realized there was a piece of bacon stuck inside. The moment I noticed, I felt absolutely sick to my stomach and heartbroken knowing I had eaten something I’m not allowed to consume. It was devastating and made me feel extremely nauseous.
I expect much more care and attention from a place that serves food to the public. When someone makes a dietary request for religious or health reasons, it’s not just a preference — it’s a serious matter. Please train your staff to be more careful with orders and to respect customers’ needs.
This experience truly ruined my day and left me feeling awful. I hope management addresses this issue so that no one else has to go through something like this.

Orders are consistently incorrect. Dear owner, please consider hiring staff who are friendly, communicate clearly in English, and take care to ensure orders are accurate.
I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes just to order food with only 2 people ahead of me... Tim Hortons is losing their whole quick easy and affordable lable

Today I went through the Komoka drive-through. I pulled into the drive-through at 4:12 PM, and was served at the window at 4:41 PM, that was a 30 minute wait and it put me behind on my schedule. I do not expect to wait 30 minutes in a drive-through for a cup of tea. Very poor service today.
