This location always messes up the simplest orders. I don’t understand how it’s possible when you mostly serve coffee, tea & lattes. I’ve been given many teas made with cream instead of milk as ordered. When you return a beverage because it was made incorrectly, instead of an apology and good customer service you are met with attitude and annoyance as if it’s your fault they didn’t get your order right the first time. Drive thru is always painfully slow as well. Overall this location needs better management and staff that have knowledge of basic customer service skills.
Drank roast coffee consistency is a struggle in most TH restaurants.

I ordered coffee with ONE sugar and tea with 2 milk and one sugar. I got coffee black with no sugar, because you know when I say ONE sugar they have to put black on their screen and it's always a toss up if I'm actually going to get sugar. And my tea ended up being another coffee.

Very slow drive through waiting over 10 minutes to receive our drinks

Constantly wrong orders, if you give any extra instruction past what's on the menu they simply do not bother to do it. Probably 20 or more times I've been there and asked for a caramel shot in a large iced capp and it never comes with it and several times comes as a medium. There is an upcharge for this flavor shot and obviously the large costs more than the medium - after so long paying more for something and getting less I'm just done with going here. Plenty more locations around that are able to hear what you say when you order and actually care enough to make the right thing for their customers and I will go out of my way to go elsewhere from here on out - you should too.

Everyday I order something different, the food is clean and well prepared, they’re so friendly, the coffee is always perfect as I want it. Good management

Drive thru wait times are always long because they have shorten the amount of staff at this location to one or two people.
The slowest drive thru all for one vehicle waiting over 10min. Which they coukd have asked them to pull ahead and bring the order out to them and let everybody else that was in line behind them to actually get their coffee. Will never stop there again.

Never waited so long in a drive-thru! Are you kidding me? How is this even possible? We’ve been waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes!!!!!!!!!! LITERALLY NO EXAGGERATION!!!!! HOW??!?!!! What are they doing in there????!??!!!!!

Waited 15 minutes for a coffee. They focus more on their drive-through and online orders. Every time I come here, I wait well over 10 minutes for a coffee. The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to.

Waited 20 minutes in a short drive thru line. I ordered 2 x half French vanilla half coffee (larges).
They gave me 1 medium French vanilla and 1 large French vanilla and even when I pushed back and asked and pointed out that they were wrong I was ignored and told to drive on.
Terrible place and slowest Tim Horton ever. Plus their bagels and food suck.
Edit: the generic response from the owner is equally infuriating as the link doesn’t even work (goes to a regional select and then hits a 404)… clearly they care.

If I could give 0 stars I would
1. The front doors sticky with some sort of unknown residue on handle. I should have known better, the glass was just as bad
2. When to bathroom to wash hands and that was horrible as well. Garbage everywhere.
3. Not on please or thank you from 1 member working. No smiles.
4. Was going to order food but watched someone making food and I was so disappointed/disgusted I just left.
