Absolutely disappointing, costumer service was so awful. They messed up my order three times didn’t once apologized or offered a solution to their mistake. Waited for over 30 mins for 2 coffees and a bagel after they gave me the wrong order three times and when given the correct order after a long time of waiting, the food was given burnt with no apology or regard for there mistake. Extremely rude please save yourself some time and don’t go to this Tim Hortons during the day, the kids who work at night are friendly , wish I could say the same about the day time workers who severed me. Don’t waste your time with this Tim Hortons extremely rude!!

I ordered in the drive through and I got an ice coffee, breakfast sandwich and 10 timbits; staff was extremely nice and made sure to get my order right. They were understaffed that day and even then they made sure to get my order quickly- the girl that helped me was very nice and was smiling to me and it made my day! Thanks Deana and Tim’s:)

I ordered three things 1 coffee, a French Vanilla, and 10 timbits. All were disgusting. 🤮🤢 food was not how I usually get it from other locations and the girl running the drive thru had no smile and looked depressed. I highly recommend that you hire new staff and get your food right or close.

I don’t understand the point of an online order if you start working on it when I arrive. Also, if I’m inside and I place an order, please do not ignore me and prioritize the drive through orders. That’s rude.
I was there on the drive through last Sunday around 2:45 pm.
To get my order it took me 25 minutes. Please owner/manager take attention to that. Staff was keeping only one car after the order screen to serve and once you reach the screen order they keep waiting there for a long time I was on the line for 10 minutes and then waiting just at the screen order for another 10 minutes and the staff didn’t want to take the order and I know why , the staff they know there is a monitor for the time between the order and the payment when done and when they so that no body in management will know that people were waiting for that long!
Anyways it took me 10 minutes just waiting at the screen order and then after placing my order I moved to the window I waited for around 3 minutes.

I think the employees are huffing glue in between every order they take because why tf is it so slow to place an order compared to literally any other spot in the province.

Terribly slow, orders wrong more than there right. Staff is terribly unpleasant and actually rather rude lots of the time. This is hands down the worst time Hortons around

Slowest Tim Hortons ever. Ordered food in the store and stood there for 10 minutes watching them make drive thru food before they started making mine. Would not recommend this location

Went through TH Komoka drive through today at 5:40 pm to get some dinner. Didn’t appear to be too busy. Ordered sandwich, wedge potatoes a muffin and drink. Waited a few minutes, paid at window, and received a bag with food and drink. Employee said all items were in bag and I drove home for supper. Muffin was missing, potato wedges were cold stuck together and quite obviously a few hours old. Second time in a month I have been shorted at this store. Terrible service.

Front machine was broken so I had to drive back later to return the DD large I got without the sugar. Just inconvenient. The staff fixed my problem right away so the service was good and they fixed my machine. It shouldn't be my burden though and definitely not for free.
