Abysmal and clueless do not begin to cover the horrible service of this Tim Hortons, but they are the best I can think of.Drive-thru order of two sandwiches and two drinks took almost 20 minutes from the minute I paid!Middle Eastern drive-thru attendance couldn't even work the order! He couldn't find the grilled cheese option so he said I had to pick something else! Are you kidding me!? Tim Hortons have been serving grilled cheese sandwiches for years! Fortunately, he found it before I could respond.Then, when I asked for the receipt, he said it was in the bag. So I checked, guess what wasn't in the bag! So now they're lying to customers.Drinks ordered were 2 ice Capps with 2 shots of expresso...NO EXPRESSO DESPITE THE RECEIPT!!!Finally, the wrap was destroyed! Ripped and a mess. How can you serve that to a customer?If you can avoid this Tim Hortons, do so it all cost. Not worth your time or money. The manager/ owner should be ashamed of his employees.

Some food items are good. I'm not liking hard tidbits, or donuts. I guess after dinner is not a good time to go? When I order my coffee, it's Never consistent, always 50/50, a shot in the dark. Room for improvement, but I do realize it's hard to find good
Pleasant ambiance and conveniently located making this an ideal pit stop before entering the busy traffic of London or exit point before departing on a long trip.Staff was very friendly and accommodating.Parking: Large plaza parking.

Waw. This Tim Hortons is really struggling with custome rservice. Also I stood there and watched a worker ask a coworker for help because he didn't know how to wrap a wrap. He was ignored 3 times. I got my cold unwrapped wrap and ran. Do not recommend this location.

I find the commercial for Non Alcoholic Bailey's.I'm under the impression that an alcoholic is a person who drinks too much.
