Steele is an amazing server, made our day and was super friendly.

I guess they are too busy. They never answer the phone for take out orders anymore.

This place has pretty good food and is a good place for kayak and other water toy rentals. However after walking in with a group of 9 for ice crème on one of the hottest days of the summer so far like 42 with the humidex and they refused to give me tap water specifically stating I needed to buy there bottled water. This seems petty but anywhere else in the country offers free tap water to paying customers most establishments even to non paying customers. And especially on the hottest days of the year. Put aside your greedy money grabbing practices for two seconds and help a thirsty person out.

Super sad to say service is not their priority… sat down at the bar with my husband Friday night to order dinner to go…(thought we could order a drink while we were waiting) the owner was behind the bar washing glasses… not only were we the only patrons at the bar, he proceeded to ignore us and we were not even 4 feet apart… the other staff were busy with table orders. 15 minutes went by without an acknowledgement we were sitting there… so no order was taken, not even for a drink… so we left …

We stopped by the Ipperwash Beach Club for some food and had the nachos. They were decent, but I’d give them a 3/5—they lacked flavor and could have used more sauce to bring everything together. On the bright side, the atmosphere was really enjoyable, with a fantastic view that made the visit worthwhile. The service was also friendly and attentive, which added to the experience.

We ordered a pizza , picked it up for takeout , no service to pick up or pay . We were sick for 2 days after eating half of it . We threw the rest put . The quality of food is very poor and should not make a group of people sick for days after , this is a reflection on poor quality food and poor preparation .

food is average. I'm not paying $25. for a small gf pizza they want $5 extra for a GF pizza crust.

Loved the food and the service. I highly recommend this restaurant. They even had live entertainment which was a bonus.
