Quaint little diner. Looking for a good local place on our drive to Ottowa, and fate led us here. Try the perch. Good stuff.

It was delicious! Wanted to try this restaurant for a while now and tonight was the night!
I saw another review that said that the Chicken Ceasar Wrap was good, WELL THE LEGEND IS TRUE! Poutine also excellent, the fries are a delish💖 thank you Juan!

This fast food place is opened for decades.
Only 2 people working in the restaurant on that busy Saturday lunch.
But they were so effective not loosing their coo, serving in the restaurant , at the drive thru and also servicing the cars outside waiting for their order they filled online.
The decor is old but very clean.

The clam chowder is thick and full of flavor.
My steak and pepperoni sub was ok.
Not much meat or cheese and was not that tasty.
It felt like they used white sliced cheese .
Fries do not come automatically with the subs.
Parking is easy and the service was excellent.

The Perch Roll was out of this world, also had the Cod Roll and the Clam Chowder also very delicious.
I dined in very comfortably and relaxed.

Picked up breakfast this morning and the cook saw that I had two toddlers with me and added two sausages to our order and when I was leaving the cook came and held the door open for us, I was blown away, kindness like that goes a long way, truly made my day cannot thank them enough! The cashier was also so sweet and patient my toddlers were acting a little hairy didn’t seem to faze them at all. Amazing experience, incredible food, this place a definite must to eat out!!

I stopped by on recommendation from a nearby business to pick up a burger on the go. The place is a cute little dinner, unpretentious, and the staff and friendly. And my cheeseburger was AMAZING. Thanks!

The manager’s daughters arrived over an hour late to help out the only waitress that was on shift……they then proceeded to go on “break”.
After half hour of waiting, our order was taken and Luke warm coffee served.
When after another wait of 15 mins our breakfast arrived cold……and missing bacon and beans.
If the manager reads this, you need to get a bloody grip and make sure that all the wait staff pull their weight. The lady that looked after us was amazing and can’t praise her highly enough.

Was excited to try this restaurant out after hearing about how good Lancaster Perch is. Got a perch roll with fries. Fries were particularly cooked, unsalted and tasted like bad oil. The perch tasted more like warm water bass which was very disappointing. Best thing served was the coleslaw.

This is a must for us to stop on the way to Quebec or coming back home. The food is great, the prices are reasonable and the diner ambiance is typical. Great spot to stop for a break.
