This is one of the worst McDonald's around. Going through the drive-thru is outright painful. It takes forever for the line to move, if you have a code from your app, be ready to have to repeat it, sometimes it times out and you have refresh the app to get a new code. Be ready to park to the side amongst other customers to wait for your order. Definitely understaffed, turnover must be brutal at this place. Definitely do not go through the drive-thru during mealtimes if you are in a hurry. Food is usually okay.

Travel often Toronto-Montreal since 1989, this place is getting bad; slow service, no more breakfast at 10:45 on a weekend and terrible washroom. Now there is no handle inside to open the door and you have to thank the next person to open from outside. from now on I will sop on the other side of 401.

This was the most unsanitary roadstop I've ever been at. The toilets did not flush and there were wires coming out the wall. The staff seemed to not care. We should have stopped at the other aide of the street, it seemed much nicer. Avoid.

I’ve been to a lot of dirty truck stop bathrooms. This was THE WORST!

Was completely minding my own business having a conversation and this older lady and employees comes and throws my own garbage at me and starts getting into it with me when I was minding my own business totally uncalled for but I know the owners don't care at all the abuse there staff so no wonder she acts like that

What the heck? Fast food not so fast . Can’t take an order to save your life with many delays and restarting the order because of lack of communication ? Simple order took 20 mins through the drive thru…20 mins ?! Absolutely ridiculous !! Get it together …horrible service

Absolutely the worst service ever. Me be we have never waited so long for anything. Everyone in the store had the same issues. What a mess. Female washrooms were absolutely disgusting.
