My friends and I went to thousand islands for a few days and stayed in an airbnb. We couldn't find any restaurants nearby except for Rapid Valley so we decided to try it out and it was worth it. The building itself was clean and comfortable, the service was perfect but the best part was the food. I got the fried chicken sandwich which was amazing. The fries lacked some salt but there was salt provided so that wasn't an issue. One of my friends got the fish and chips which also tasted really good but was really oily which you would expect. My other friend got the chicken strips which were also good. My other friend also got the fried chicken sandwich. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to come here.

Told to seat ourselves and sat and watched as two other tables that arrived after us were waited on. Ordered the hot hamburg sandwich with a couple slices of onion the hamburg was over cooked and very dry. Was very disappointed womt6evan get into my wife's disappointment with the souflakie. The kicker was the extra $1.50 on the bill for 2 slices of onion.

We had such a wonderful experience at Rapid Valley Restaurant! Nicky, our waitress, was absolutely sweet and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—especially with our toddler, who she was so kind and patient with.
Because of her warmth and great service, we actually came back again—and had just as great of a time the second visit! Also, I have to say… I had the best quesadilla I have EVER had. Seriously, I’m still thinking about it.
Now Charleston Lake is one of our favorite places to visit, and Rapid Valley is definitely a must-stop for us. Thanks again, Nicky!

Visited the place on a whim. It was great. The chef and staff accommodated the food per my needs.
Got a chicken ceaser pizza without bacon. Pizza was great. Will visit the restaurant the next time I come over.
I ordered a dish that took 25 mins to arrive and was underwhelming and cold. Even worse was trying to pay as no server was available. Eventually had to approach someone to ask how to pay . Not a place for a quick lunch

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place great food great staff great atmosphere everyone is friendly and nice minus certain servers but other than that I would say these guys are great they work their butts off to make sure people’s needs are met and it well worth the effort to be there

This place used to be great, I brought 2 work colleagues here and we waited a hour for a club sandwich, burger and quesadilla, the sandwich was lacklustre at best, 2 tables came after our order was placed and received there meals before ours, we were not approached after receiving our meals to ask how the food was or if we needed anything else

My boyfriend and I had an amazing breakfast at Rapid Valley! We were treated like family by our server named Nicki. She was knowledgeable, kind, and delivered excellent customer service. The food was perfectly cooked. To top it off, she waved and smiled as us as we were leaving. I hope everyone has a similar positive experience.
