Wow, this is my first time eating barbecue since I came to Canada. The chef-recommended brisket lunch is good. It's so delicious. I think I'll eat it every day. It's so delicious.

With very little bbq restaurants in the Windsor Essex are, we came across Beattie's sign while driving to Amherstburg. I'm glad we made the stop! This was authentic slow cooked bbq! Ribs were fall off the bone, it had great smoke flavours and the bbq sauce was great. The brisket was amazing, so much flavour, tender and super juicy. We had the pleasure of meeting Jim the pitmaster. He was great had some amazing stories about his bbq experience. Definitely will be visiting again!

Super nice people. Got the rack of ribs, brisket dinner w/ slaw and beans.Beans were tomato based with beans. Nice sweetness and good texture (not mushy).Brisket (fatty) was delicious and tender. Fork-tender and flavourful bark.Ribs were sliced and tossed in sauce. Beauty presentation and flavour.Will return to try the turkey legs and desserts.
