Always good!! Only 2 sizes, but tons of options! The regular size is as big as you would need!
If you have allergies, I wouldn't recommend though. Even when they are not made with your particular allergies, I find I still react because the blenders are reused all day long. Even though they are cleaned, I don't think it's enough to prevent severe allergies, so just be careful. Other than that, go try it!
