Ordered two wraps through the app with a 9:05 pickup time. I arrived at the drive-thru at 9:08, only to be told to park and wait for the food to be brought out. After waiting more than 20 minutes, the order finally arrived with no drink. Honestly, what’s the point of ordering ahead if the wait is longer and the order isn’t even complete? The food itself was good, but the pickup service was extremely disappointing and needs serious improvement.

The drive-through was packed! Not only did it go perfect from the time I ordered to the time it was ready at the window. My chicken dinner was perfect and nothing was forgotten. I forgot to ask for butter and ketchup… I open the bag and I had butter and ketchup! Very friendly, helpful stuff

I went to pick up dinner for my family and was really impressed with the experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lady who took my order (possibly the manager) was so kind and helpful, and the younger lady who prepared and arranged the food was equally lovely.
I honestly wasn’t expecting such a warm and inviting environment — I thought it would just be another quick grab-and-go late-night stop, but I was pleasantly surprised. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious.
Overall, a wonderful customer experience — I’ll definitely be coming back!
