We had lunch at this awesome restaurant today. I felt as we were back in the 50s.."Happy Days" indeed! The decor was totally delightful retro! The only thing missing was a jukebox, and I'm pretty sure they're working on it. I also loved the pictures of Elvis, Clint Eastwood, The Beatles, John Wayne, etc. on the walls. Loved it!

The food was pretty good, service was incredible! Our waitress was the nicest person I’ve ever met!
Ordered a skillet with bacon, was probably half of cup of potatoes shredded burnt potatoes with bacon bits and a tsp of green peppers. I don’t understand when you’re paying $15 for this… not even a skim of butter on my rye toast. Will not return.

A Hair! The waitress was gracious enough to replace my order of toast after I found the hair to reinforce my story! BUT… Also had Hash Browns that were made of potatoes that were definitely not from today! Sorry, Horrible Experience! Also after reading these reviews, we will not ever return. This is not “Imperial” it’s “Inferior Diner”

I stumbled upon this gem yesterday and boy did I love it!! The staff (Kendra was my server) was amazing, bright, cheery and she gave great recommendations. The food was amazing. I had the liver and onions and it was great, just like my mom used to make. I’ll definitely go back. The atmosphere is great too, think 50’s diner vibe. Check this place out!!

My sister and I ( 5 of us) had lunch here October 9 ,2024, Celebrating a 74 th birthday and a 60 th birthday . Are waitress Valentina was absolutely the best . Very pleasant , friendly and helpful treated us like family . Didn’t have to wait long for our meal .when we asked Valentino to take a picture of us ,she didn’t hesitate. I would recommend this diner ,tasty food and pleasant atmosphere. We’ll be back . For me it’s about the 5th time eating here , coming from Harrow andI’ll definitely come here again ..
My family and I have been returning customers to the Imperial Diner ever since they first opened because we enjoyed their delicious food and great service at reasonable prices. However, since being under new management, the service has become terrible and poorly handled. On several occasions when we would order takeout, takeout meals would be incomplete (ex. breakfast omelet missing toast, broasted chicken meal missing gravy, etc.) or incorrect (ex. grilled shrimp instead of fried shrimp for seafood platters). Yesterday, September 21st, 2024, was the final straw. My family placed an order for takeout: one Super Broasted Combo with Gravy and One Fisherman's Platter. When my dad returned home from picking up the order, we discovered that the Super Broasted Combo was correct, but the Fisherman's Platter was Liver N' Onions. When we called the restaurant to notify them of the error, the employee claimed that they tried to call my cell phone number that I gave them to inform us that they had made a mistake, but my cell phone didn't get a call all evening, so that appeared to be a lie. When they offered to replace the entire order, my dad returned for the freshly-prepared meals and came back home. However, while they corrected the Liver N' Onions to the Fisherman's Platter, the newly-prepared Super Broasted Combo was now missing the fried shrimp and gravy. Despite having given this restaurant several chances to improve their practices and be more mindful, it is disappointing to see that their lack of attention to assembling meals for customers remains lacking. We will not be returning.
