The person making my sandwich squished the bread while cutting, it was completely flat. While I was choosing my veggies I was rushed, and it felt as if I was inconveniencing them. The light in the drink fridge light also flashes constantly and was bothering my eyes the whole time. Both the food and service has gone down-hill here, I think I'll be going somewhere else from now on : (

Ordered 6inch patty sandwich and charged for foot long price. And when went back and mentioned they charged me extra then instead of giving money back in my card how I paid it. Said it would be $8.60 for 6inch while actual price is $7.29 and just gave me $3.10 back while it should be $4.40+tqx. Its not about $1 and few cents. Its how they providing customer service to their to customers.

Just horrible Sept [email protected] employee 073 served two subs we got home ate half, wondering why It was so soggy. Open it up and the lettuce is rotten and actually melting so gross. Called the store they told me the lettuce inst rotten it's just "watery"
Health unit needs to investigate this biohazard before someone gets very sick
