I would like to give a shout out to Ethan who took our order at the drive thru on Sunday morning , it is nice to have a pleasant sounding voice with clear understanding of repeating the order back and the girl at the window was very nice as well....

Clean tables and seats but way to many bugs. Bees and Flys everywhere make it an uncomfortable dining place. Orders are quick and haven't gotten anything wrong as we know. Cozy place to sit next to a fireplace. Drinks are mostly filled with ice. Workers immediately clean the tables after done.

Horrible experience! The lady who served me was very rude. I waited 20 minutes for a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. Turned out another costumer had it and was sitting at the table with it and opened it and took it apart and then brought it back to the lady who served me and said it wasn’t his. She proceeded to wrap it back up and raised her voice at me to ask what I was waiting for and then gave me the bagel he just touched. I told her I wanted a new one and she wasn’t happy about it. I saw her walk to the back and walked back to me and gave me the same bagel. It was cold and contaminate. Horrible service. I will not be returning to this Tim hortons. I am so disappointed.

*You always got time for Tim Hortons!* what more is there to say about this Canadian staple? Visit Timmies often but more so when down in Windsor than compared to when up in Toronto. My favourite doughnuts are the honey cruller and the chocolate glazed. My pug loves all TimBits except chocolate (obviously) I rarely get actual food when visiting Tim Hortons but when I do it's usually a simple egg and cheese breakfast wrap. My coffee of choice is a medium with one cream (no sugar).

I ordered a 10 pack of timbits and they gave 5 plains 4 powdered and 1 chocolate. I was really unimpressed. They could of at least gave me an assortment
They gave me old hasbrowns please don’t come here worst time hortons ever don’t even know how to make ice coffee

Watery coffee, stale everything, a new face every time you visit. Everyone acts like they're in a rush when there's 1 car in drive thru and 2 ppl inside the store. Worst sweets selection available after 1pm. Want a good donut after dinner? Nope! Save ur money and go to McDonald's for a real coffee, or make it at home like a normal person
