Just had a disappointing experience with Mel. She was not personable at all, and it felt like taking our order was an inconvenience to her. If you’re going to work in customer service, attitude matters — and unfortunately, hers made us feel unwelcome. Not the right line of work for someone who makes customers feel like a bother.
Avoid it!! Miss charge. Was supposed to issue me refund, but charge me again. Worst to happen!
Could not give me one beverage because they said they had an incoming order of 22 ice cappuccino’s and then mocked me and said if I want a watery iced cappuccino, I could get one that was watered down. This is before they even took the order. I understand if your machine cannot keep up with capacity, but to mock me is not acceptable I will not be returning to your store because of this. In fact, I am deleting the Tim Hortons app and will no longer be a customer of Tim Hortons.

Would’ve given this place a 5 if the manager didn’t treat the employees like complete garbage. I’ve gone here too many times just to see her yelling at employees. Extremely unprofessional behaviour. Yelling and berating your staff won’t fix the poor management at this location.
They are very slow here and when I placed my order once again with Tim Hortons they screwed it up twice. She was not knowing what she was doing clearly. You need to train your stuff better.
my comment to your response. what's the point?? nothing will change and nothing will be done, because it's across many of the stores here in Windsor, ON. When you hire thru a government program, you get what you get. thanks
I was just served a luke warm coffee that tasted like warm milky water. What a disgrace.

I would like to give a shout out to Ethan who took our order at the drive thru on Sunday morning , it is nice to have a pleasant sounding voice with clear understanding of repeating the order back and the girl at the window was very nice as well....

Clean tables and seats but way to many bugs. Bees and Flys everywhere make it an uncomfortable dining place. Orders are quick and haven't gotten anything wrong as we know. Cozy place to sit next to a fireplace. Drinks are mostly filled with ice. Workers immediately clean the tables after done.

Horrible experience! The lady who served me was very rude. I waited 20 minutes for a plain bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. Turned out another costumer had it and was sitting at the table with it and opened it and took it apart and then brought it back to the lady who served me and said it wasn’t his. She proceeded to wrap it back up and raised her voice at me to ask what I was waiting for and then gave me the bagel he just touched. I told her I wanted a new one and she wasn’t happy about it. I saw her walk to the back and walked back to me and gave me the same bagel. It was cold and contaminate. Horrible service. I will not be returning to this Tim hortons. I am so disappointed.
I get so tired of the buzzer sound at Tim Hortons, Really!! It can’t be done differently? Its very dis harmonious, and it goes on and on and on
