We used to have A&W when we were kids in the U.S. so to see this A&W in Leamington was a delight! We totally freaked out when they pulled out the glass frosty mugs!!! We were 8 years old again! The food was hot and delicious!

Waited 25 mins for only burgers. The non canadians working did not speak english and could not understand english. While waiting I noticed everything was dirty and greasy. Never coming back.

Walked in to order food, and watched both workers rinse their hands for a split second with no soap proceeding touch the order screens and touch food with no soap used. Disgusting. I walked out without ordering that’s absolutely gross.

An American in Ontario. This is the only A&W I've ever been to that doesn't have coney dogs or foot-longs in my whole life 55yrs. Big disappointment. They don't give you ice for your soda. They use paper straws!
Huge sympathy for the staff working without AC during this heat wave in South Ontario.
They deserve extra pay!
Hopefully, management sees this and prioritizes fixing the AC ASAP to ensure a safe working environment.

No AC, it was scorching hot, floors slippery and greasy, bugs in the dining area, bathrooms so smelly. Will never step foot in A&W ever. Do not recommend.
