I came in looking forward to a refreshing drink, but was immediately hit with a gut-wrenching smell of body odor as I walked through the door. It completely ruined the experience and made the environment very uncomfortable. Cleanliness and basic hygiene are non-negotiable in a food service setting—really disappointing for a brand I usually enjoy.
