Food was burnt manager was rude and flies are all over the place not just that the whole bathroom is sticky as if someone pissed all over the ground and poured soda all over the ground, when I tried to take a piss I fell down and broke my nose so I had to go home. And they also burn patties.

Always an enjoyable dining experience, cannot recall having any issues with food or service at this location, it is what it is. A decent menu and selection of food items are available. Would recommend to family and friends.

Ordered on the app and an item was missing - okay it happens. They assembled a whole burger without the burger patty though and when we walked in the employees were yelling at one another and shouting profanities. What’s going on BK, Leamington?
Edit: As per the response below I put in a service ticket through the link. I was told I’d get a response in 24-48 hours and never heard back. Reached out again a few days later, nothing. Been over a week. Not hugely impressed with the way Burger King is dealing with issues.
