Cool place by the beach, but food was awful.

Burgers were bad. Not sure what they used for meat, but it wasn't familiar to me.

This is your typical diner fried food place. The footlong hot dogs are decent, and the fries are good and have a different seasoning on them. The prices are a little high in my opinion. The fish and chips was just a Frozen battered piece of fish, rather disappointing.

Parking: Can be difficult to find parking if it's busy, but there is a lot very close by.

Kid-friendliness: Burgers, fries, hot dogs, grilled cheese,. Lots of choices...

I hadn't been to Burgess's for years, since I retired . I have recently moved to Leamington so I thought a visit was in order. I ordered Butter Pecan ice cream in a waffle bowl and sat on a bench overlooking the boardwalk at the beach. It was delicious. The young lady had thoughtfully given me an extra plain bowl to hold the waffle. It came in handy. I will go back in the near future and order food
Watch for another review. I may even take a picture.
