I cannot believe the service we just had at Chuck’s in Leamington. We walk in and waited to be seated and the waitress asks how many and we say 3 and ask for a booth as there is 3 open she says there is none open only dinning tables so we take a table and then a group of people 5 mins later of her nationality walk in they ask for a booth she goes and gives them a booth and then to top it off she doesn’t even ask us if we wanted drinks we waited around another 5 mins still no drinks when we were clearly ready to order and she goes and brings drinks to 2 other tables who came in after us and then also goes back and takes their order and leaves us still sitting there so we wait another 5 mins an still nobody comes to take our order or drinks so we get up and leave as we felt so out of place. So we won’t be visiting there anytime soon again we will make the drive to Kingsville or Essex.

I highly recommend avoiding this franchise. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich with a baked potato. The only real issue was the chicken breast was missing the chicken portion. It's not a real chicken breast, it's the crap mixed with soy. No one in their right mind should eat that stuff. Also, the wings are the precooked frozen wings. You can taste the saline solution in the meat.

Lastly and definitely not least, note the picture. "Honest to goodness fee"? I asked about it. I was told "it is to help offset the low cost of the menu items". I kid you not. Mind you, I didn't read anywhere that there is a heads-up about this anywhere in the menu or posted somewhere. Very slimy! It's like going to Niagara Falls and having to pay a tourism fee. Lol

The reason behind my 2 star review is the mandatory 35% tip for large groups. The waitress told me it was mandatory but still needed me to consent to the tip which I found suspect. However, I quickly agreed because of the state of my stomach, I was hungry. I am not opposed to tipping, but I find the culture behind it is becoming toxic.
Tipping should be reflective of quality of service someone receives. Anyways, enough of my banter, the service was ok, and considering the size of the group the food came out relatively quick, and the prices were also reasonable. I would recommend it for small groups, but if you are a large group they will be asking you to consent to a mandatory tip. I know, the two words should not be in the same sentence.

Really Dismal Service. Like really bad. Basically invisible.

Sat at the bar at dinner time, 6pm on a Sunday, place was moderately busy. After 15 minutes of not being acknowledged or greeted, i needed to flag down any person working there. A server serving bar booths caught me waving her over, she came to let me know the bartender was off doing something. I asked if I could place an order, with hesitation she agreed. Ordered a pint and asked for a menu and ordered an appetizer. Kitchen staff brought appetizer, other girl poured beer. Eventually, the bartender showed up sometime 25 minutes after I've been sitting there, didn't acknowledge me or say anything.

Oddly, another couple came some time later and sat beside me; within a minute the bartender returned and greeted them and took their drink order, still not saying anything to me. Must have been my second head growing from my shoulders.

After finishing my app and draft, bartender passed by me several times, I had to stop her and ask for my bill.

Naturally, no tip. For a chain restaurant, they really need to step up their customer service game. I hope this isn't the regular pace of things here and maybe just someone having a bad night. If this is regular, the management here needs to recognize feedback like this and implement some changes.

Brought me the wrong burger and i accepted is so it wouldn't go to waste and not only did i get charged full price i got a 3% fee for their awesome service what a joke at Boston pizza they messed up a side and gave me 50% off
