We were working at our local Sports complex in Leamington, Ontario, and ordered a pizza for the staff. After waiting an hour, we phoned and were told that the driver couldn't find us so he left without asking anyone at the desk. We were in the large gymnasium! Very disappointing.

When I arrived home from picking up the pizza, it was not hot (not sure how long it sat there). We were disappointed of the lack of toppings for a 5 toppings pizza...hardly any mushrooms & sausage. All & all, it was not a pleasant experience. We will not order again from Domino's in the future!

Well those are the leftovers. Way over cooked pizza, not what we ordered, and even though they rectified the order? Truly their pizzas are not the quality they used to be. I know other places in town are more expensive...but I will pay the extra bucks. At least, I won't be throwing it all out....

I ordered the new butter chicken pasta and was really impressed. The cheese stuffed garlic great is AMAZING!! 20+ year support of OG but switched as Dominos food is excellent but the service is exceptional

The food is always good, however the ordering process was absolutly brutal. I NEVER write a bad review but this time I had to. I tried to order a pepperoni stuffed cheesy bread with a marinara sauce and 8 wings , a very small simple order. The bill came to $36... because the person taking the order didn't know that Dominos had stuffed cheesy bread, which has been around for years, and he added a whole pepperoni pizza to the order instead with out telling me. I asked to repeat my order and after 10 mins of him repeating my order wrong and telling me they don't sell stuffed cheesy bread, he asked a co worker and realized they did... when my order showed up i got a ranch dip instead of a marinara... What could have been a 2 minute phone call took 15mins and still got the order wrong. Please make sure your employees know the menu before answering the phone.

I would give negative star if possible. I was served beef pepperoni inside vegetarian pasta. I cannot have beef due to my religion and beliefs. Went back with my bill and pasta boxes to show them and the cook said so what happened, i eat that.
You can have whatever you want but i ordered a vegetarian pasta due to some reason and how is protocols being followed in the kitchen? Like vegetables and meat is it in the same box that you didn’t notice while putting it.
Not only that, they also serve you label/stickers of green peppers with pasta, as they don’t bother to remove them while chopping as i believe they don’t even wash the vegetables. Manager himself admitted that they got some green peppers from freshco so they know this error might have happened.
I have already shared all pictures and actual boxes with manager on duty during same shift of my order. I am not seeing an option to upload pictures here.
Vegetarian options: Dont eat here if you are vegetarian as they will serve you beef.
