I had the blackened perch dinner. No fresh cut fries and small perch that were burnt not blackened. Was not impressed and won't be returning.

I'm 80 y old, and in that long life I've never had a worse restaurant experience than today on 1 October 2025. The food was a horror, prices beyond imagination, and ambiance sad. I will never return. Freddy's gives Leamington a bad name. Do yourself a favour and drive by and dine elsewhere. Freddy's deserves to be out of business and closed very soon.

Stopped in for some frozen yogurt
Was taking my time reading the menu and felt rushed.
There were only a few flavours, with the total coming to $10 for ONE - SMALL- frozen yogurt. Not to mention it tasted like vanilla icecream with a hint of raspberry. Obviously skimping on that part to save money? Was honestly really disappointing. I expected for $10 it would be GOOD. My friend and I agreed we’d rather spend $10 on a blizzard from Dairy Queen that actually tastes good!
We visit Freddy’s once a year when we camp at Wheatley Provincial Park. Freddy’s is a must stop restaurant with great service, and fresh delicious food. The hummus appetizer and the grape leaves appetizer are very flavourful. We have the falafel wrap with fries and the falafel is the best we have had. Delicious and not a bad view from the patio.

We went here for dinner. The server told us that a bus had just come in and she would get our order in promptly. Service was friendly and efficient. I had the perch and it was dry and not seasoned. There was only fish and fries, coleslaw or something would have been nice. Also found the 6.95 extra charge to upgrade from fries to be a little much.

Went to Freddie's after the sunset with my wife for a couple of ice cream cones. I asked for a double and my wife asked for a single. Both cones were roughly the same size. The cost for the 2 cones was $18.75. Worst value for 2 cones I've ever experienced! Definitely not good value. Avoid unless money is no object.

This was likely the worst dining experience we have ever shared… and we eat out a lot! Our server was very sweet, but also very young. She had limited knowledge about food allergies and it appeared the kitchen was also not interested in helping her. They suggested a meal for me that sounded delicious but came with an extreme amount of spicy seasonings. So much so that it wasn’t even possible for my husband to eat (and he LOVES spicy food). When I asked if they could make it with less spice I was told that they weren’t able to do that and also that they were charging me for it because they brought it to the table. What? 😂. She then proceeded to ask if we wanted any ice cream (after I told her I can’t have dairy). We tried to find the humour in it but I’m not sure she found it funny. We did let her in on the joke and then asked for the bill. It was over $100 for me to have a Pepsi and a small side salad, and my husband had a beer and a couple tacos. Absolutely ridiculous for a terrible experience. We will not be back. Do better.

Good amount of vegetarian options with the Mediterranean items. In-house beer was great. Fries were also good. Nice outdoor seating.

I would say too expensive for a meal and be prepared to bring cash as there is a 2% extra surcharge on credit cards

We ordered fattoush salad and poutine…The fattoush salad was nothing but mixed greens with tomato and cucumber.Price was $15.95 for a very small portion. The poutine($15.00)was a small portion with what tasted like canned gravy and bagged mozzarella/cheddar cheese..no cheese curds! 2 glasses of fountain pop $4.90 each!!
