First time here, we came out to Leamington for a road trip and decided to have breakfast. ( Hit every breakfast place in Windsor already over the years). The service was very good, staff is friendly and the food was very good too. We both ordered the Grand slam so that we could have lots of leftovers for the next few days. Parking is at a minimum as it's on the corner of a busy main road but we found a spot down the road. We showed up later than normal so the place only had a few patrons in it so it was nice and quiet how we like it . Didn't have to talk over people. We would come here again. There should have been 2 pieces of bacon but I ate one)

The food was very very good; however, they put an automatic 15% gratuity on the bill and didn’t tell us. I caught it and we did not give them a ‘second’ tip - although we then paid 13% HST on the 15% gratuity. Won’t be coming back.

I am genuinely disappointed. I've been ordering from here for a very long time. This place used to make great food, awesome pancakes, eggs, bacon, you name it. The order i received... I dont know man, but I don't think plain pancakes are suppose to smell and taste like an onion-y burger... Also, why are they so small now? They used to be big and fluffy, and the taste was perfect fluffy bites like a pancake should be, but now... I don't know what happened.. it needs fixing though.. Bring the original pancakes back, please 🙏

This is a great spot in Leamington for breakfast or lunch. I had the western omelet and substituted the potatoes for mixed tomatoes and cucumbers, which they were happy to accommodate. The service was excellent and our waitress was terrific.

The menu looked great, but the service was another story; they completely forgot our order, and when we finally got someone to check on it, their attitude made it feel like we were the ones causing the inconvenience. Try not to be a very mediocre meal and overall super unprofessional place.
Beware of splitting fee. The food was good. We were surprised by the “splitting fee” of $2 for sharing a plate amongst friends. We were charged twice for sharing three ways which felt a bit over the top. This second splitting fee was a surprise to us. This is a decent breakfast option if you aren’t sharing.

Such a lovely experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was bright, cozy and welcoming. It’s the kind of place that feels comfortable whether you’re starting your day solo or meeting up with a friend. The decor is thoughtful and adds to the relaxed vibe.
The food was fresh, flavorful and arrived quickly. Everything was well presented and clearly made with care. Coffee was great and helped set the tone for a good morning.
Service was friendly, attentive and genuine. You can tell the staff take pride in what they do and it shows.

This place is a nice place to stop and get breakfast. I placed an order to go and got an egg and cheese on wheat toast which cost me $10 and the sandwich was pretty good and the restaurant was clean with parking on the street.
