I placed the order KFC the lady in the Drive-Thru told me it would take only 20 minutes. so I accepted waiting 20 minutes I waited and the food never came out I pulled into the drive-thru I told the lady that I didn't want my order anymore because I waited 40 minutes. And she said she wouldn't return me back the money and rude way she said do you want the food or not cuz she wouldn't return me the money and I told her I want my money back because she took more than 40 minutes but she wouldn't return it.

SCAMMERS, Do not order from here unless you like have them to take your money for NO FOOD. Ordered online for delivery, after waiting a long time, called the store to find out they had no drivers, that I would need to pick it up..I couldn't pick it up, so I asked for refund, they refused.

Waited 50 mins for 14 pcs of chicken, was told 15. After half an hour I asked what was taking so long. They told me they had no white meat to give me, after ii waited for them to cook fresh? Finally get it home and it falls through the bucket and bag from all the grease literally pouring out of it, no batter left on it and no white meat. Will not be back $60 for garbage.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
I placed an online delivery order from this location thru the KFC app. After an hour the order status still said “we’re cooking your order”. I called the location and was told my order had been ready for 45 minutes but no delivery driver came to pick it up, so I would have to come to the store to pick my order up or cancel the order. Mind you. On the app I had paid for delivery and paid to tip the driver. I had cancelled the order and called the number they gave me to get a refund. I was told because I placed the order on the app they could not refund me.
Now after 2 weeks of waiting for a call back from KFC office I was told refunds were up to the stores discretion and they could not issue me a refund either. I was scammed out of $55 and nobody is willing to refund me!!! Will be calling my bank to dispute the transaction and then calling the better business bureau to report this. Absolutely insane !!!!
