I was racially abused there today Monday December 23, 2024 at 12:20. The paid for the food and they asked me to wait and they served several others but not us (wife). At 12:48 I couldn't wait anymore so I asked for a refund and left for work. I came back after work but the racist manager who saw everything said I have to come back when the guy came back because he said that he gave us the food. Please black people and all others who do not tolerate racism do not patronize this KFC. my wife and I spent the day working in a greenhouse without food just because we are black. They didn't even refund us either. I will go back tomorrow to see if the guy shows up, i want my $39.
Parking: There was a white lady at the store who asked the guy to give me and another black guy there our soda but he refused. Persons there were appalled at this blatant show of disrespect.

Worst frenchize in whole country. If you are here walking in, you should have atleast 1 hour extra just to wait for the order. Not the employees fault. Its the owners, when 3 people doing 8 people work its gonna happen all the time. Dont ever come here if you dont have 1 hour to wait for the order

WORST service !! Staff arguing before even serving us, offered 5 sides with my order but they only have 3 sides there....no macaroni salad , no corn! The large coleslaw came in 4 small side containers🤔.. the gravy came in a cup🫤 the restaurant itself disgusting!! NEVER AGAIN .. my advise....RUN

I don't like this branch. They never want to sell me spicy chicken. Sometimes they have it, but they don't want to sell it to me because they tell me there isn't any and my colleagues do sell it to them. It's not fair that they have preferences.
Despite placing an order ahead of time and specifically requesting a fresh batch of fries and chicken I regret to inform you that the fries and chicken I received were cold, and appeared to have been sitting for an extended period. This oversight was particularly frustrating considering the advanced notice I had provided. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location based on this experience.

The cashier seemed to have understood little English and needed assistance, the food is usually good but the fries often come cold.. I enjoy the 80's like atmosphere with the seats, but what I DONT like is how slow things are, i also got called a "cheeky white boy" when walking out of the restaurant.. which felt hostile..

Disgusting location with terrible management. I stopped here on a whim, hadn't had KFC in a couple years...I got the Famous Famous chicken sandwich. The things was black and looked very off putting. When I asked for a refund, the Manager tried to convince me the sandwich was fine - Apparently the breading has a certain chemical in it that makes it look black when fried (his words)
