La Hacienda Family Restaurant Ltd.

We had lunch at La Hacienda Family Restaurant (25 Talbot St E, Leamington), which serves Chihuahua-style Mexican cuisine. While I don’t have much to compare it to in terms of regional styles, I found the food somewhat dry and lacking in flavor.

We ordered the chuleta (pork chop) and enchiladas. The chuleta was okay—cooked fine but not particularly flavorful. The enchiladas were the bigger letdown: the meat was dry, and there was very little cheesy taste or saucy richness to bring it together.

The staff were friendly and the space is welcoming for families, but overall, the meal didn’t quite hit the mark for us. Perhaps a better experience for those more familiar with this regional style, but as first-timers, it didn’t leave a strong impression.

Dry poor service. Ordered enchiladas and waited 25 minutes, only to be then told that there was no meat for them. Very disappointed.

Just took my family there for the first time today ordered 12 tacos from an English-speaking guy when he left the whole thing fell apart they only gave us two tacos I explained to them that it wasn't two it was supposed to be 12 three times I was there for over an hour and still left without eating worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant would never go there ever again

First time visiting and We had a couple of amazing servers. I had help selecting my meal and it was the best meal I have had in forever, though I cannot remember the name. I was told they were out of chicken so I switched to beef and I wish I didn't live 6 hours away. I will return.

Very disappointed with everything. Different servers came to the table 4 times telling us they didn't have enough stock for our meal. We ended up paying for our drinks and left. Only 4pm dinner and can't get what you order, disappointed.

Terrible service ? they don't serve quickly, they make you wait too long, they have a wifi zone and it never works, they don't clean, they need staff to serve and above all customer service, the guy serves with an ugly face.

Unfortunately they were out of 3 of the items I had wanted, and it was not the most reasonable amount of food for the price. The food that got did taste good though.
