This bar was just down some steps from our apartment & we stopped two nights in a row for drinks on our way out to find a restaurant. Both nights we didn’t want to leave because it’s so relaxed & friendly with lovely red wine. Definitely worth a little drink stop if you’re in Ferragudo!

Sat outside and had a quick drink before dinner. Felt like a locals bar, cheap but very cheerful, and the staff really looked after us - she rushed out with cushions to put on the benches etc Only know Ferragudo in winter, but this was a relaxed , pleasant start to the evening.

We accidentally found this place in a quiet street, we were made to feel very welcome and the one individual who served us all night was rushed off her feet with other drinkers but we did not have to wait for any of our drinks. The atmosphere was excellent and we would defo visit again. Thanks

Fantastic bar in a great little pedestrianised street just off the main square. The owner was very welcoming - we were always greeted with a smile and she was happy to stop and chat to us. The drinks were served just like the atmosphere… chilled! Frequented by tourists and locals - which tells you all you need to know! If you visit Ferragudo, visit Taberna 39!
