Used to be a good McDonald's until the paki's took it over. It is a struggle to communicate an order in the drive-thru, only for them to mess up my order, and then when I return for a correction, they give me a hard time about a refund while their drive thru begins to pile up. I gave them my food back and left without my refund - Not worth the time or hassle. The beginning of the downfall in Essex county once these people start to infiltrate everywhere. Believe me, I know...Grew up in Brampton for 32 years.

The worst service I have ever had in my life, I was practically robbed, I ordered food on DoorDash, and the delivery man delivered an order different from the one I ordered, I told him that I had not ordered that and he said yes, that was my food, of course I couldn't do anything with the application, I went directly to the restaurant and the manager said that my food had indeed been delivered incorrectly, I asked him to exchange it for me, deliver what they had brought me and the manager did not want to exchange the food that I had already paid for, He said they would take her to my house. and the food never arrived, I called the restaurant again and the manager answered me rudely, he said he would not do anything, that it was not his problem, he could not solve anything for me, I was left without food and without any solution. I was a customer who loved McDonald's, I went at least once a week, now I never want to go, at least never to the Leamington restaurant.

Too many Indians. If I wanted to hear Hindi all day I’d go to India. I could barely understand most of what they were saying. This used to be a happy looking place you could take your kids, but now that they remodeled it looks so plain and boring. Bring back the old McDonald's and the Canadian workers. And bring back the stickers that would get you a free coffee when you trade them in.

Unfortunately I've never been more disappointed in a fast food restaurants service. We were wrongly told that we couldn't have any breakfast items, even though this location does have all day breakfast. When the mistake was brought to the workers attention, it fell on deaf ears and she tried to make it our fault. I brought it to the attention of the manager, Dylan, who was the only highlight of my experience. He was great and stated if there was anything he could do, just let him know. Not 10mins later I went back for a refill on my son's pop and was told by the same original worker that there are no free refills. Never has a McDonalds not had refills. I was forced to speak with a female manager when I was told Dylan was not available. After explaining to her my entire negative experience that day, she still refused to refill my sons pop. So for the $0.08 it would have cost her make a customer happy, she decided to refuse the request. I told her I would NEVER bring my family back I to that establishment ever again. Oddly enough when I said that out loud, 2 other ladies in the dinning room agreed with me and walked out of the store as well. I was super disappointed with the whole dismissive attitude we received. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

The staff are great and friendly and my orders are always correct.
That said the main issue I have with this location is the usual patrons. There isn’t a demographic more whiny and emotional than the white old men of leamington who have to wait more than 3 minutes for a cup of coffee.

1 dollar ice cream cant be beat. Great summer deal. Drive Thru was somewhat quick. My kids enjoyed their meal.

Went to McDonald’s in Leamington, Ontario with 4 hungry kids. Went thru drive thru and could NOT place my order because the workers could NOT understand what I was asking for. (Double cheeseburger meals)
We left and took our business elsewhere.

Tired of being robbed by Leamington McDonald's.
I only get half my order but pay for the full order of course, the staff will not give the customer the receipt they always say it will be in the bag and it never is.
So, again I try to get food for the family and nope, they must go without. This us a standard in Leamington now.
This is pretty regular anymore.
Maybe it's a language barrier, idk but, A&W does not rob the customers.
Needs to be A&W from now on.

Order through app get there asked for code had to repeat 4 times...then after waiting for 5 mins tells me there online system is in back up mode so had.to re order asked to go to first window nobody was there had to wait another 5 mins for staff to go there then go down to second window guy was great and told me to pull up for another 4 mins...

The workers were miserable. Life is what you make of it. I’ve worked as a dishwasher, labourer, and one thing I knew was to keep a happy mood. I like to walk in and stretch my legs as I do a lot of highway driving, the guy I ordered from was miserable, the girl who served me my drink was miserable even after greeting her with a smile and being very polite.

This is not the first time I’ve experienced this, so I decided not to let it go today and leave a message.
Today, December 11, at around 2:50 PM, I visited the drive-thru. The line was a bit long, and it seemed like there was an issue with the order of the customer in front of me, causing a slight delay. When it was my turn to pay, I prepared my gift card, but for some reason, it didn’t work. To avoid holding up the line further, I quickly paid with my credit card instead.
Though it was a brief moment, the cashier’s attitude was extremely unpleasant. She was rude, complained under her breath, and even gave me a disdainful look, scanning me up and down as if to insult me with her eyes. This was very upsetting.
Every time I visit this location, I often encounter her at the drive-thru. Not once has she been kind or polite. Instead, she always gives off an air of entitlement, as if she holds some kind of power over the customers. She is an older, middle-aged woman, and while I hesitate to confront her out of respect, her consistent attitude leaves a bad impression every single time.
I often find myself hoping she isn’t working the drive-thru when I visit, but unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. Her behavior makes me question whether she has received any basic training for her role in customer service. To avoid further unpleasant experiences, I feel like I’ll have to start placing orders inside the store instead.
