Even for fast food I don't really expect quality. But regardless of the time of day, whether at noon or 10:30 at night I'd be happy to wait another minute for hot food. I shouldnt have to microwave my food to make it WARM when I go right from the drive through to my home five minutes away. Fries are colder than the drinks you serve

Went and got dinner for wife and I tonight. Got her a mcchicken. The chicken breast didnt come close to covering the bun and it was hot with black pepper. We believe they put a jr chicken on the bun. Also my big mac was hard to hold because they soaked it in mac sauce. Paid so much for 2 burgers and got this. Tried to call back the store to complain but noone picked up in the office. Hope someone can contact me to get replacements or refund.

Why the staff using hands no cover picking foods preparing foods like burger or wrap i don't if I am only see it.
I was redeeming points for a breakfast combo with a hot or cold beverage... So I asked for my sausage and egg mcmuffin combo with a bottled water. They tried to charge me $1.47. When I questioned it and asked to speak to a manager, the manager refused to resolve my concern and said it was only for a small coffee with the combo. I explained what my reward offer had said and she said it's the app not the restaurant themselves. I was livid. So I said fine just give me a coffee black which in turn went to garbage anyway. But bottomline, the manager REFUSED to resolve my concern and it was poorly very POOR customer service today PERIOD!!!!!!!! I stipulated that I will NEVER be back to that location. I will drive to the Tilbury location where the customer service there is top notch EXCELLENT!!!!!!! McDonald's leamington SUCKS! Never AGAIN!!!!!!

I love mcdonald but I've had enough of this branch. I mostly get upsetting/bad experiences. One time they forgot the toy in a happy meal, one time forgot one of the burger,needed to line up inside to take it,which took a long time, one time they just shoved the poutine sideways in the bag which opened and scattered in the paper bag and this time it seems they made the filet o fish closed eyes or maybe sleeping? Sauce in only one side of the burger,cheese and filet is falling off.

It's pretty good, staff there is great 👍. They should make the food more better and less poisonous and less bad. But the stuff there's great. The surface there, the atmosphere is there is good thing I would recommend would be their big Max and a spicy chicken lunch burrito. Signature.

Very good restaurant for dine in. Bust service at the Windsor is sometimes rotating and especially waiting inside is very y slow. Many times it happens that no one looks to the people inside waiting at the cashier. There should be som kind of respect for people walking in to place the order

Nobody’s wear hear net & gloves no proper timelines for food you have to wait so long for it . Nobody clean washroom always need to tell them before we use it please clean it ..

Sooo.. I’ve never ever had an experience like the one I just had at this location last night.
I pre-ordered food using the app because I get a short lunch break, and this location is busy normally so I thought it would be better to order ahead. When I pulled up to the second window, the associate asked me to pull ahead. Literally all I said was “man…I ordered this ahead of time so I didn’t have to get pulled up,. Isn’t that the point? Not tryna be rude dude, this happens a lot here so I ordered ahead.. I’m just wondering?
This guy proceeded to have the biggest crash out I’ve ever experienced in my life. He SCREAMED at me “YOU CANNOT BE RUDE TO ME THIS WAY.” I was shocked.. all I replied with was “excuse me?!” He screamed again and repeated himself. I said “rude?…” and then he continued to scream and said “DO YOU WANT FRESH FOOD!? THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT.” By this time I’m just responding “ok..” he then screams again “THIS IS NOT A PLACE YOU CAN JUST ORDER FOOD AND GET IT!!” Again I’m just like “ok…” he screams again “AND THIS RESTAURANT ETC” I can’t recall why he was flipping out about on point three? But he slammed the window so hard it bounced back open. So I knocked on the window to get the attention of someone else there, and mentioned I’ll pull ahead, but that was some pretty crazy behaviour.
I sat in my car for like a minute, at this point I’m a little upset. I don’t even really want my food or to give my money to this establishment to be honest. So I walked inside and asked how I can refund my mobile order. There was a younger girl who brought me up to the front cash where the same guy (not the screamer) came over to talk to me. I explained everything that happened. He was very apologetic, the girl next to him proceeded to ask me: “Well what did you say to him before he got so upset?”. “Excuse me? I’d doesn’t really matter what I said.” She wet to say yes it does and this crew member stopped her. Which I also stopped her to say he worked in customer service for close to 20 years. You cannot speak to someone like that, even if I was horrible and said something out of pocket; which I did not.
The guy took my number, I apologized and said I really hate doing this. But I’ve worked at McDonald’s as well, for close to eight years. So I know that what just happened was unacceptable and totally unnecessary. He told me I have nothing to apologize for and I wished him a lovelier evening than I’ve had. I was late getting back for my lunch and I barely got to eat because of it. They wouldn’t tell me the name of any upper management.
Kind of curious if Nicole is still the regional manager? I can’t imagine she finds this behaviour acceptable.

If you order a big order, double check because they don’t give you everything actual waste of time
We went there about 130pm today. Went inside to order our food and what I witness was disgusting. No one in the kitchen was wearing food prep gloves. Sandwich makers just touch everything and I even witness a sandwich maker picking at his teeth with his finger then make another burger. Absolutely disgusting. I would never visit again and advise everyone else not to either. Sad part of it all was the manager helping on the burger making wearing no gloves. What a way to lead by example. Terrible. I will be reporting this.

Drive thru is great but these guys are slow and communication isn't effective. They never seem to have cinnamon buns though.
