This place genuinely always hits, especially during the winter. Nothing beats a hot bowl of pho (with rare beef, flank and tendon) while it’s snowing outside. Food was excellent and the soup came out in like 5 minutes.

Pho was on par and Rice Vermicelli with pork was good. Only complaint was a server who was sitting at the back on his phone constantly rubbing his fingers through his hair, scratching his head and not washing his hands in-between serving customers. Also when a customer dropped their entire bubble tea that same server passed her paper towels so she could clean the floor herself although he helped a little bit I thought that to be odd for the customer to clean the floor, and why not initially use a mop.

Last time we went there one of the old staff was too rude and have an attitude. Their food is kinda okay tho but the staff is not friendly and kind. Not gonna go back. Anyways the Pho Windsor is perfect and their food is amazing.
