John, the owner, greeted us with a smile. The fish and chips did not disappoint. Delish! It was a perfect evening, weatherwise to sit out on the patio.

We recently visited and had the fish & chips and the lake perch — both were excellent! The portions were generous and everything was cooked perfectly. I even tried the homemade tartar sauce (and I never eat tartar sauce!) — it was delicious. Great meal all around. Would definitely recommend!

PS - the homemade toom was also delicious!

We stop here leaving the park and the menu was a surprise. Perch hotdog( perch in hotdog bun - so good. And special of the day was smelts. Lightly breaded, hot and delicious. This made my day. The owner/chef is willing to chat and knows local history. Recommend!

Great place to have lunch before going to the part, right next to the entrance. Simple place, but great freshly prepared food, which you could enjoy ourside on a patio.

I hate doing negative reviews but I'm wondering if today was just an off day. Service was pleasant but very disjointed. Food was underwhelming at best. Very pricey especially given other fish and chips places around.

A small honey place. I ordered the Lake Erie Perch with homemade french fries. It came with homemade tartar sauce. It was all delicious. Our server, owner and chef was very courteous. Also it was lovely to sit on the quiet patio and watch the birds!

Stopped here with my husband and kids for lunch after a hike at Point Pelee. The owner was warm and welcoming and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the perch tacos and fries! We will definitely be back.
