Went to this location before close to see their new merchandise release today(Nov 7/24), as soon as I walked in I was kindly greeted, I lucked out and got what I was looking for, the cashier was very kind and helpful and and complimented me. I didn’t get her name on the receipt and forgot to look at her tag but she made my night. I also got to try a new holiday drink. Definitely one of my favourite Starbucks locations in Windsor Essex county!

I love everything here except one staff member named Matthew. I went through the drive-thru to get my pecan latte today (Nov. 2, 2024). I’m a short person with short arms, so I had to stretch to reach my order. It took me about 10 seconds to get it, while Matthew didn’t even make an effort to bend down and help me. When he realized I was reading his name, he just said, “Oh, I’m sorry.”
This is the second time he’s been rude to me and my son. The first time, we were at the counter and my 4-year-old son was touching things. He noticed the tip box and said, “Mom, there’s money!” Matthew gave him a disapproving look and took the tip box away.
I ignored it at the time, but this recent experience made me feel frustrated. Matthew shouldn’t be working there. People in this place should be friendly and welcoming. But I will still continue to visit because I love their lattes.😊

I don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews, my family stayed here during a visit to Point Pelee and had a great time. While I will admit some of the facilities are a bit worn, the hotel is clean and comfortable. My kids had fun in the pool. I thought the bed was very comfortable. I have no complaints.

I have purchased a Traveller cup from Starbucks within a month they came apart. I went back to the store and supervisor was kind of rude when I ask if there’s any sort of replacement policy since it’s a Starbucks and paid good money for it she said no we don’t, that was the answer , looks like you guys just lost another customer, Supervisor name, Hannah she need to stop being rude to people.

The place is very quiet, and what I liked most was the attention of: Kylie, since I told the girl that it was my first time in the place and thanks to her patience and kindness I was able to enjoy a delicious hot chocolate and a ice lemon loaf, in general all the girls are very kind, keep it up.
