Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The sandwiches were completely overloaded with sauces, which made the bread extremely soggy within about 5 minutes. Instead of enjoying the sub, it turned into a messy and unpleasant meal because the bread could not hold together.

The service was also quite poor. After packing the order, the cashier simply placed the food on the delivery/pickup rack without saying anything or even letting me know that my order was ready. There was no acknowledgment, no basic courtesy like calling out the order or handing it over directly. I had to notice it myself sitting there.

Customer service is a big part of the dining experience, even for quick-service places. A simple “your order is ready” or handing the bag to the customer would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and the careless way the food was prepared made the whole experience feel rude and unprofessional.

I hope the staff pays more attention to how the food is prepared and improves customer interaction, because this visit was not a pleasant one.

The manager there who is retiring soon is the best out there. She's run the tightest cleanest Subway I've ever been to ion 20 years.

The food and service were okay, but I was put off by how a staff member named Jo spoke to her younger coworkers. Interactions with her are never pleasant. Her tone came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. It made the atmosphere tense and uncomfortable, even though her customer service to me was decent (this time). Management should look into how staff are being treated behind the scenes.

Extremely rude. Basically, through a sub at me, when I asked if they could microwave, instead of toast my sub. Refuse to give me extra pickles on a sub. I guess Subway's moto doesn't apply to them. At this store, it's your sub, their way.
