Absolutely terrible service. 3 young girls, all with the worst attitude and not an ounce of customer service skills. It was not busy at all either. Don’t work in the hospitality industry if you cannot provide hospitality.

Tonight we went into this establishment and purchased a 6 inch sub just for my daughter. I didn’t want to stand in front of the cash register to put my change away and proceeded to a table to find my change purse. Then one of the workers told us, “If you could just eat faster because we are closing in 30 minutes.” We weren’t even going to sit in the restaurant…. Just needed to put my change away properly. 30 minutes…. !!!!!!!!! No worries. We won’t be back. Just so sad.

Great service, great food, employee who prepared my sub was very helpful and welcoming.
Alta and Kim, the two sisters (if I got the name wrong, sorry) are beautiful souls! When we ate there the first time, that first bite of my sub tasted like it could had been made by my grandma! It tasted delicious and the sub was made with love. Went back there again today and it was the same feeling with that love. I know that may seem silly, but eating food can be bland, but when someone makes it for you and you can taste/feel that love, it just makes it so much better! I hope that makes sense. By the way, we live in Windsor! We came all the way from Windsor to Leamington just to see her and to have another sub made by her!On another note, thank you for Kathleen and the two Muslim sisters who made our visit so joyful! Great atmosphere, great service and just nice to have strangers feel like family!

Very clean and modern, staff wasnt overly friendly and kept trying to rush us into buying our combos. Didnt even let my wife finish placing her sandwhich order before bombarding her with questions about a combos. Then they outright refused to take a kids resume when he tried to hand one in while we were there.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl, there was 1 tiny strip of chicken. Ordered it with shredded cheese no cheese on it.lettuce tomato here was hardly any, was very very disappointed with my lunch. Apparently no manager working over weekend and none in till Monday. Shouldn’t have to check your food to make sure it has been made correctly, staff should be trained no proper food preparation. Will not order from this location again.
