Tim Horton is basically standard on menu and atmosthere. It's the workers that differentiate one from the other. And the staff was excellent.

Horrible wait on food I count 7 workers and I waited 15min for my sandwich and bagel. 1 person making food rest standing around whipping counters except the counter I waited for food had spilled coffee on it. I hate fast food and most restaurants shifty slow service and people don't know how to work. We only stopped in because we were hungry otherwise I wouldn't go to time Hortons. Also got a café mocha asked for whipping cream on it the guy makes it and no whipping cream I say I wanted whipping cream puts it on but gives me a dumb look like how dare I get what I payed for. Next time I think I'll starve and eat later instead of wasting time and money at tim Hortons.

Employees are not friendly, cannot do simple math, would not recommend going to this location. Every time I go through drive-thru my order is wrong, not correct items, not correct number of items, trying to get me to pay twice, just awful. Finally had enough, will not be back at this location.

A donut shop with no cinnamon buns, how stupid is that. Loosing faith in tim Hortons, swore I'd never go to Starbucks, but went once and love there cheese Danish. Sorry Tim your loosing me as a customer.

Unfortunately now a second time witnessing a newer male employee being treated terribly by another female employee. A little more than a month ago we witnessed the same thing…. A newer female employee being treated terribly by that same female employee. She wears no name tag however I heard another employee call her Katelin. Looks like things never change…. Longtime employees are allowed to treat the new ones horribly until they quit. I think the higher ups can do much better at dealing with these tyrants. Time to wake up!!!
