I go (now went) to this Tim Hortons almost every morning before class and have ordered the same thing for the last two years: a Lunch BLT on an English muffin. It has been made countless times without any issue—until today. This morning, I was greeted with a miserable tone and told that my order was “not possible” because they “can’t put a BLT on an English muffin.” What exactly changes her life about switching out a bun for a different type of bread? There’s literally a “sub” button for a reason. It’s been done for years. When I pulled forward to clarify, she continued to be rude. At the window, I overheard her telling a coworker, “and that’s why people think they can get what they want,” while glaring at me. Completely unprofessional. To make it worse, the sandwich I received had barely two half pieces of bacon on it. After coming here almost every morning, I’ve never experienced something so ignorant or disrespectful. If this is the new management or a new staff member, Tim Hortons seriously needs to do better. And no, this isn’t the end of the world — but the lack of basic manners and decent customer service was genuinely baffling. If you’re miserable and consistently rude, maybe working face-to-face with the public in food service isn’t the right fit.

Terrible service some people there should be fired cuz they're useless, I did a mobile order today came there to pick it up and was waiting for ever and still didn't get it, I had to go back to work without a coffee and a donut although I paid for it that's ridiculous, and that's not the first time that it happened, and also almost every time it's messed up, I ordered iced coffee with less sugar and they made it regular or extra sugar, also I would order a blackberry sparkling drink and they would make it a lemonade and it's soooo annoying that almost every time it's messed up

Went in to give them a second chance to fix things from the day before. I can only eat bacon and chili. Went and ordered 2 side orders of bacon, crispy, and a large ice coffee with extra base in it. Nicely asked for it not to be warmed in the microwave. They told me both days they couldn't do it. They couldn't warm up the bacon on their grill. The previous day I just left. The one on Erie St had no problem doing this. They put them between the paper and cook them. But no, this one said they couldn't rewarm them. Then she finally rang my order in, and had the girl put it in the microwave when I asked her not to. Ok. Then she started making my ice coffee and then stopped and started making everyone else's coffee. 4 people! Finally, I spoke up, and the worker disappeared, leaving another one to scramble to make mine. Worst Timmies experience, and I have had bad ones.
