The atmosphere and food are pretty good and the conditioning works however the workers there are just pretty okay. We asked for a large chili and they apparently didn't end up imputing it in so we had to wait a bit extra. They didn't seem to wear hairnets or keep their counters in the back clean which I'm not sure if Tim Hortons requires workers to have their hair up and a hair net but I would assume so since I know other restaurants require the same thing. I also asked if they had something which I was unsure if they had because I saw that some other people had ordered it from other tim Hortons so I just wanted to check and some worker in the back was laughing at my question which I found a bit demeaning but besides that the food was good and the drinks were made well as well.

Placed a mobile order. While waiting for pick up, One of the items from my order, herb and garlic pastry was not in stock. When I asked for refund, the team member was not happy and refunded me $2.60 for the pastry while the original price was $2.99 +tax.
And when i addressed this to the team member he said to me it’s not $2.99, it’s $2.60. When i showed him the original receipt to him, he said to me shut up!!!
I called the manager and informed her the issue. Very disappointed.

I think there should be someone at the register all the time and other employees working on getting the orders ready I waited at least 15 - 20 minutes just place my order, I understand food has to be made The receiving the order part was alright (5-7min), except I only ordered 2 drinks...
This may just be opinion or a busy-time, but this has been my experience the last few experiences at this location
Parking: As the parking was few cars at the time I purchased, I expected faster service.... But parking wise, readily available, and easily accessible

Really disappointed in my bagel with peanut butter on it, barely any peanut butter and it looks like the most half effort job I’ve ever seen to spread it on there. Half my bagel is dry.

This tim hortons is a convience for me, nothing more. Service is a hit or miss. FILL the French vanilla all the way & get rid of attitude when you don't fill it.
