Quite often in the late afternoon we see the same two customers sitting there bellowing obscenities and racist remarks throughout their conversation. Hardly appropriate from customers in a family restaurant, especially as it can be heard throughout the place.

I’ve always loved Tim Hortons and visit daily no matter where I am. This location once held a high regard for me—they made my coffee for work daily, and I truly appreciated their service. Unfortunately, my visit last night was disappointing. I went to use the bathroom before ordering, and it was in terrible condition—wet and dried urine all over. It was so unclean that I didn’t even stay to place an order. I hope management addresses cleanliness so customers can continue to enjoy the welcoming experience Tim Hortons is known for.

Stopped by Tim Hortons in Leamington for breakfast before catching the ferry, and it was a great start to our day. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which really made the morning feel easy and enjoyable.
The iced coffee was refreshing and hit the spot, and the breakfast wrap was served at just the right temperature with great taste and freshness.
A smooth, satisfying stop that set the tone for a good day ahead.
The absolute worst place to get a french vanilla cappuccino. For the last 3 years. Learn how to operate the machines you use every day.

I am editing my review on the basis of my latest experience, I went to Tim Horton with my husband and daughter on 2nd July and the lady at the counter seemed less cared about the customer despite being the empty premise. Nevertheless she handed us the wrong order and on being pointed out she was less bothered. The Coffee we ordered tested very bad too.
