The staff at 250 Erie St. South in Leamington is absolutely awesome! This location is always busy but the staff never fail to give great service. They are friendly and helpful all of the time. My most recent visit, I witnessed one of the staff helping another customer bring their rather large order out to their car. This store goes above and beyond to treat the customers right.

Went through the drive through and ordered 2 coffees and a bagel, was only given one coffee and the bagel. When I went back and told them I didn't get my coffee, they said I didn't order my other coffee even though I saw it come up on the screen. They made me pay for my coffee again. After looking at my app, I had actually paid for both coffees and the bagel. Lady who said she made my order was rude and indignant.

We order ahead every morning. Same order, 2 coffees. Lately. The service has been getting absolutely ridiculous, wait time-wise. We order 5 minutes before leaving the house and are still waiting for another 10 minutes once we arrive, even on days with no other customers in store OR drive-thru! This location had a 4 star rating from me before, but the service from the midnight staff has brought it down significantly!

Absolutely absurd .Went inside to order today and one of the workers was making a bagel for a costumer while wearing latex gloves . After making the bagel they give it to drive thru then proceeded to come take my order of a bagel and coffee . I paid with cash , she turned around to make my bagel but The mop and bucket were in the way so she moved the mop and bucket around the corner to get it out of the way . Then began to make my bagel … WITH THE SAKE LATEX GLOVES she just touched the mop and bucket with , my cash and change with , and now my food !!? 🤮🤮 I walked out and threw my bagel out as I was disgusted but couldn’t say anything in store as I didn’t want to embarrass the worker . Was there not training put in place to change gloves before handling ANYTHING other than food ?

Went in last night before my midnight gift to get a coffee now there was absolutely no one in the store or drive thru I ordered a triple triple well stirred got it started walking to my truck tasted it went back in and asked if the sugar machine was empty the young man working asked me if I could fix the coffee myself... My response was if I wanted to make my own coffee I would have made it at home. Absolutely horrible service...

Worst service and food. I order steep tea and bagel. It was clearly water in my tea and bagel has 10 scoops of butter which I didn’t even ask. Try First Tim Horton in Leamington. Awful service and quality.
