They are always so kind, respectful and patient.
They are also ALWAYS smiling and laughing, so kudos to all of you for always making it a great experience to visit you for food!

Been coming here for years almost religiously on Wednesdays used to call it Wendy's Wednesday. Apparently wrapping a chicken wrap is really complicated because we haven't gotten one in months that isn't just a flat pita with chicken a lettuce sprinkled on sometimes not even in the wrap I always make the some assembly required joke which the kids hate. But my biggest gripe is with your burgers which I am furious about this week my top bun was soggy and looked like it was stepped on one side smushed down and ripped looked like ripped paper mmmmm yummy last week I got 8 pickles great if you like pickles which I don't. Two week earlier burger paty was burnt bun was stale . Gave you two chances after the first screw up you get no more have a good one I'm moving on will be enjoying whopper Wednesday from now on also might want to tell your managers to wash their hands after having a cigarette when they open the drive through window it's all my children and I can smell for a few minutes after

Great service great food. They were very helpful and they were great with my mother who's over 80 years old with trying to help her decide what she wanted to eat. Highly recommended
Went there to get a burger, fries and a baked potato. Everything was cold. Old & cold. We went back to get the meal redone, the male worker at the window did not apologize, gave us a dirty look, took the food. We received hot food back, took it home only to discover that they microwaved the same fries and potato to make it hot. I think the worst part is no apology and the dirty looks. I get it, customer service and food service is hard. But when you mess up, own it. I’ll be calling corporate on these night shift workers.

My experience was amazing. They were really kind. They told us all the things that we should know, and warned us that the cups will spill and offered us a straw.
Kid-friendliness: They made my son feel like he was very important, ordering the food and put his name on the receipt as well as let him carry the tray and spoke with him in a very kind way

My son and I came here twice in one week. The first day, we got home with our double dave burgers, and wow, neither had cheese. The second day, this time, we had cheese on both. These burgers were so badly made, the taste was off, the manager was trying to throw my food at me, like really pushing it in my hands, like really, how rude is that. I've been in the bathroom for two days with an upset stomach. I had stopped going here for all the same reasons, and tried to give this place a chance. I will never go back to this dump, and no one else should either.
