Marc, and his team, catered our son's wedding and it was remarkable. Everyone commented about the delicious appetizers and the meal. His team did a great job of handing out the appetizers, and they made sure everyone was able to enjoy them. Those battered shrimp were enjoyed by all. The main meal was also delicious with plenty of choices and lots of food. Marc was great to work with, he came out a couple of weeks before to check out the venue, and discuss options of setting...
