Strike 3 for this A&W location. 3 visits and all three times with noone else in the drive thru i am asked to go out front. Which is no problem, all 3 times waiting for over 20 minutes. Thats a problem.
Well today I go in see my food sitting there and the worker is a deer in the head lights. Forgot about my order while my daughter is freaking out as she was hungry!!!! Never will go back, did not take my order got my refund. Kids should not be allowed on there cellphones while at work! Will never be back.
Went over to Harveys and got great service!!!
