Hands down the best place in Lindsay for fish and chips! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile and top-notch service—especially from Kim, who is incredibly welcoming and always a joy to chat with. She makes you feel like a regular, even on your first visit.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Crispy, golden fish cooked to perfection, generous portions of fries, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. You can tell they take real pride in what they serve. It’s comfort food done right—and then some.
If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out. Can’t wait to come back!

Request my food be well done. Got home and fries were soggy. Fsh batter was soggy and fish didn't taste cooked still rubber. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

After sitting for over 20 minutes another family came in and their order was taken immediately and no one had come to take our order. We had to ask them if they didn’t see us. At that point my husband was ready to leave but I said let’s give them a chance. We stayed but it was just okay.

I gave it 1 star for the main reason that the halibut fish and chip portions were brutal. I bought 3 orders and we all wondered if they put all 3 orders in the bag because it was so light. If they’re going to be stingy with the halibut size which was very small, then, at least make up for it with more fries.
Other fish and chip places fill the box containers to the point the elastic bands have to keep the lid closed, but, with this restaurant, they barely needed the elastic band because the lid closed with no problem.
I will not be going back and recommend others see how far their dollar stretches at other fish and chip places!
