“We were first time wine and cider makers. Because of COVID, Andy has to handle all parts of the process. He made it easy for us and was super helpful all along the way. We have since returned and made more ciders and just got our 3rd batch of wine. We are trying the Signature Series this time to see what the "best" wines will taste like.“
