Absolutely terrible service. My first and LAST experience with this location. I placed an order through the KFC online app to this store for delivery to my house.When I first received the order, I noticed something was off when I did not see the drinks beside the food bag nor in the bag. Multiple items were MISSING, from the large fries, the sauces, utensils and the drinks. Totally messed up on the zinger twister wrap, which was NEVER received, however, instead was provided with a zinger sandwich along with an extra big crunch sandwich (which I never asked for). When I called the store to make a complaint about the missing items and a mess up with the sandwiches, I was only met over the phone with an apology and no resolution on how to proceed towards fixing the complaint other than “rewarding me with a complimentary item” or “come to the store to pick up the order”. Mind you, I had paid the delivery fee and also gave a tip in the app. I explained to them that I am unable to come to the restaurant, hence that is why I paid for delivery and asked if there was any way to send someone with a replacement order as this is a mistake on THEIR end. The store only kept apologizing and proceeded to say they “could not honour that” and that supposedly their “system does not allow that as it was through third-party and they don’t have anyone to deliver it to me.” At this point, I was very frustrated and verbally expressed that I had paid a lot of money for not only the food but also to have it delivered and it is not fair that a bunch of items were missing. They proceed to again apologize and tell me to “re-order the missing items.” I found no help whatsoever and contacted the general customer service line and explained my situation to which they sympathized with and I proceeded with attaining a refund instead. I will NO LONGER be ordering from this location. KFC needs to do better in training your service workers to properly communicate with customers when there is a complaint rather than overly apologizing and not trying to offer a PROPER resolution to the customer in the moment.

Never had a good experience at this one despite numerous attempts to give them another try. Today there system was down for debit or something. They ignored me at the drive through for 5 minutes with no words. Went in and then finally she said I don't know the computers not working. No offer for anything else or any help

Chicken today Sept 29/25 a little slimy& pink and didn't get any dipping sauce with our 2 meals for $12.00 take out
Had a really disappointing experience here. I’d heard the chicken at this location wasn’t great, but decided to give it a try myself. I usually love KFC, but something is definitely off at this franchise. The chicken didn’t taste like it does at other locations, wasn’t cooked properly, and the pieces had a lot of fat. Fries were just okay. Customer service was fine, but the food quality was concerning. My husband felt sick after.

Got the pickle box here. Did not come with a dip or pickle dip. As well as found a hair in my box… I’m not usually a KFC eater, but the pickle box tempted me. I’m satisfied to not have KFC for another 5 years
