So normally, I don’t complain I go into little caesars quite often and I’ve never experienced this before. So I went into little caesars tonight but I call in an order of stuff crazy bread and instead of that they gave me regular crazy bread and when I went in to ask for my order to be corrected they got super rude including the manager who was in but the one employee told me it was only going to be 10 minutes, then the manager said it was going to be 20 because apparently I was being rude. But they didn’t correct it and I didn’t get my stuff. Crazy bread because employee should be coming on Errors

Pizza is horrible here now it’s like Cardboard little Cesars used to be my goto for Pizza not anymore… I think they are not using franchise recommended ingredients

Came in here the other night for a quick take away pizza. This was my second time at this location.I got a Canadian pizza, crazy bread and cinnamon bites. Everything was very fresh. The staff were lovely super helpful. I think I only waited 3-4 minutes. It was little busy when I came in but the wait time was unheard of! Where can you get a pizza in under 10 minutes ?!!! Joint looks clean. Will be returning and recommending !

Went to this location yesterday and got a 3 meat pizza had to say it was very good fresh and the girls were great in there. Friendly and fast. Will be my go to pizza place from now on!

I visited on Monday around 7:45-8PM, and the lady at the cash was awful. She was extremely rude, completely lacking in basic courtesy or even a hint of personality. If that’s the face of your business, wow — it leaves a terrible impression. Customer service matters, and this experience was enough to make me think twice about coming back.

Honestly really disappointed with the service here. Not sure why the ovens are turned off 15 minutes before they close, but they claim they are unable to make anything, and the only thing they have available for sale is a deep dish pizza. If you close at 10:00pm, why are you not serving anyone from 15 minutes before closing ???? The customer service in here is always super poor as well from specifically the female workers…. Really disappointing and would not recommend going here at all honestly.
